      I came mainly to find toys and got a bunch at good prices. They’ve got clothes and shoes for men, women, and kids. You can also find stuff for the house and your pets. Clean and well organized store. My cashier was very friendly.

      The only discounted store I love is definitely Marshalls. I love everything they sell from skincare products, clothing, mugs, and kitchen stuff. ? This store is great, and the employees are great. Location wise, it’s nearby other stores. However, they need to clean the fitting rooms and KEEP it clean. It’s so much dust. I love marshalls and i love this store, that’s why I CARE. hoping the management would do something about it, as i posted these pictures.

      We’re standing at the cosmetic aisle and nearby jewelry section. My son picked up a box of jewelry and was so happy to tell me and show it to me. Then all of sudden, my kid stopped talking and looked intimidated. I turned around, there was a lady named Helen, who walked all the way from her position at the dressing room, went after my kid as if he was stealing the box. We had good experience until this lady showed up. I felt she discriminated my kid, either bc we’re Asian or my kid is special need.

      This was my second visit to this Marshalls. I struck out the first time in my search for cute shoes for work but when I visited again, I was able to find a pair of lovely work shoes. I also found some facial serums at more affordable pricing than what I was getting online. I’ll definitely visit again.

      I am a regular customer at marshalls and homegoods, to be honest they been doing great job in selecting their items, you can find anything from clothing, sports, drinking bottles, sofa’s, dinning items, kitchen needs, cooking pots,living room accessories, carpets, towels, blenders and some electronics, different types of coffee, tea, honey and so many things.

      Service, selection, and experience were beyond expected. Every single employee greeted us, offered assistance (but not too much), and made the “outlet” shopping experience SO WELL WORTH IT!!!! I had many of these products in my cart on the app, stopped into this store and found them $20-60 off. Insane deals!!!

      Normally with Target, I never have a bad experience, but today change my mind. When, arriving at the store,there were plenty of carts that was far and few between employees. It seemed like the ones that I could find didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to acknowledge your existence. After digging around on the shelves, looking for the item that I needed, I went to self check out where it was in complete disarray open drink containers of people opening, drinking and not paying for things self check outs covered in items that were not paid for and little to no bags for my things.

      The drive-up pick-up is the best. I love how Target has their drive-up area covered and that way your products don’t get wet in the rain and the team members are more likely to more carefully put your items into your car than if they were getting poured on in the rain. Great job Target!

      I have been coming to this location for years and have had great experiences up until my last visit. An older white lady, with shoulder length gray hair not only was rude at the self check out station but very obviously racially profiled me. Stood right behind me as i scanned all my items (i spent 100$ this day in their store), and even acknowledged other customers while not being welcoming towards me. watching me like a hawk as i scanned my purchases and never verbally acknowledging me until i said something about it. I called the store and was told they left a message with the manager and my contact information and never heard back. If you’re mixed or a minority, be prepared to receive this treatment since obviously the management team does not take it seriously.

      My inner child was SO happy to see this…it brought back so much nostalgia. The pizza, popcorn and icee tasted the same as 20 years ago. Pizza was perfect and saucy. The store itself was actually very clean. So glad this is my new target now.

      9/10/23 Went in to use the pot, then shop. Bathroom was filthy, and no tissue in stalls. All of it was on the floor. I turned around and left the store. 9/11/23 Tried shopping for home decor. All the workers purposely ignored me as I stood there looking like I needed help. The clearance bedding is not marked with a sticker. You have to ask an associate to scan and check price. Regular price was $180 for a sheet set. He scanned it, and it showed $111. That’s not clearance, that’s just a sale. I eventually got tired of the team ignoring me, so I left my basket and walked out. There is nothing Super about this this store, except it’s square feet. I’ll make the drive to FW Central.

      Absolutely love this store, but Roxanne in self check out needs a lesson in professionalism & greeting customers. She was watching me so hard at self check out and wasn’t paying attention that I needed my sensors removed.I had to approach her and as I walked towards her, as If I work for target and can do it myself, she stood there. If you’re gonna watch me and be rude at least do your job that you get paid to do ! I suggest putting a friendly face there to greet and assist customers. Then I went back to get cash because the atm wasn’t working and she almost walked right into me ! How rude and not something I expect when I go into this store I love so much . Luckily I was in a great mood because this could have gone a completely different way .

      My favorite location. Close to my house and everyone is always so friendly. This location makes me feel at home away from home. I love the ppl @ the deli and at Starbucks. The people in customer service are always helpful and knowledgeable. Even the guys with the carts are so sweet. I LOVE TARGET, I want to be Target lol. ❤️

      I really like this Target. It’s a great location and it’s a super target. My issue is there are ALWAYS dogs in the store. They aren’t service dogs, and they aren’t even wearing those fake DIY service dog vests. They’re just on leashes or in carts. There was literally a homeless lady and her dog in the meat isle and the dog was sniffing meat. I love dogs. I take my two dogs with me to a lot of dog friendly places, but pets have no place in a store that sells food and grocery. It is such a health code violation. I’m not a Karen and I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But this has been such a consistent issue with this specific store and I had to say something. Target has signs up saying no pets, they need to enforce it.

      The employees are pretty great. I do wish they were a bit more cautious about how they bag items with liquid in them for the pickup orders. I’ve had so many things leak. That’s really my only complaint. Picked up a food processor today and super stoked to use it. Office cat too lol

      Do you like warped 2 by 4s? Do you like hunting for stock because you can’t find a store worker? Do you like ferreting through drawers looking for hardware which is misfiled, missing or already opened? Well this is the place for you! I’ve pleasured myself with a cheese grater and that was more enjoyable than going here. Do yourself a favor and visit your local hardware store like Ace hardware where you can get some real help. Or buy it from Amazon.

      My service rep Chi was amazing and deserves a 5 star rating. He made the ordering process easy and was cognizant of my time. I paid for a product and service of which neither was delivered as promised according to the appointment set from the Distribution Center. I was given a time frame for 07/08/2023 from 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm for the delivery of a dryer.

      At 7:24 pm the online tracker stated my delivery was 3 deliveries behind. One hour later the tracker shows my dryer is at a Lowe’s facility. I didn’t receive a phone call or text message stating the reason for the delay. My time is valuable and I made arrangements around the schedule provided for me. This is poor customer service and I’m holding with your customer service department now for 50 minutes without a solution or a product in which I paid for. I’m being transferred now to the 5th person and the notes from Valencia, Dispatch Supervisor were not entered. Finally spoke with Erica and she made the documentation and tried contacting the distribution center before ending the phone call.

      I’ll give Chi 5 stars, however my overall experience is a 0. Communication is essential and time is valuable when doing business.

      I genuinely adore the employees of Lowe’s, what i abhor is the company and it’s policies… I went today to buy a washer and a dryer. While working with john (who is precious) i was told that the washer and dryer i wanted to purchase that were in their showroom floor marked “Clearance” weren’t really available or for sale….?????? So i asked why does Lowe’s have them with a sign that says for sale clearance? John told me after confirming with the Lowe’s Gods that he was not allowed to actually sell the washer and dryer because there are none available in warehouse and selling the ones on the showroom floor would leave an open space that would look bad?. So i proceeded to ask so if i give you cash for these two items on your showroom floor that say for sale you would not be able to take my cash and sell them because it would leave an open space on the floor and it would “look bad”? He said yea that is what i was told… Todays large businesses have absolutely no clue what customer service really means!! I wish we could just support small businesses vs this crapshoot of a business model!!!!

      On 8/12/23 we purchased a washer and dryer from store 0525 in Fort Worth Tx. We wanted the washer and dryer stacked so we asked the sales associate at least 3 times if we needed a stacking kit, she explained that we did not, that was the only washer and dryer she had that did not need a stacking kit. On Tuesday 08/15/23 the delivery guys showed up and explained they could not stack the washer and dryer because they needed a stacking kit. I called the store and was put on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on, so I called back and was put on hold again. I actually got up and got dressed, put my shoes on and drove to Lowe’s and walked into the store, the whole time I was still on hold. When I walk up to the counter and spoke to customer service I am told the manager who put me on hold has left for lunch. They printed out a receipt and told me the stacking kit would be delivered today and they would stack my washer and dryer 08/18/23. I have waited and waited all day, I finally get a manager on the phone who tells me we were never added to the list for delivery today and he will try to add me to tomorrow for an emergency delivery, so another days time stolen from me, but doesn’t know when it will be delivered. I am to the point of tears right now and wish I would have never walked through your doors. I can not believe this is ok with how you treat your customers. It just tells me that you could careless about your customers time.

      This Lowe’s is clean, well lit and the staff I have interacted with have all been friendly. However, three times in a row I have been forced to use self check out and have not had any option to use a cashier. This sets me up for a potential theft charge and Lowe’s up for a lawsuit. I will be going to Home Depot going forward.

      I swear this home Depot is the worst! The lack of customer service, lack of help available and then when u do find someone it’s like talking to Homer Simpson, including the key machine, getting someone to help you with the key machine or someone who actually knows how to use it is like pulling teeth, that is when it’s actually up and running it isn’t out of order.       I did not enjoy the experience. The sales person would speed through finance options. I wanted to know how the financing broke out. She was not patient with my questions and it was as though I was a burden to her through the experience. I could understand if it was busy, however we were the only customers in the store. I don’t doubt she tried to give us the best option, however there were a few reasons why I ended up canceling my order. 1. When asking what models were wood, not wood veneer – she gave us incorrect info. I found out later, I unknowingly purchased a wood veneer model. 2. Pricing for both the delivery and the warrantees were cheaper when ordering through Ashley’s website. Not happy with the overall experience.

      After a long search for a new set of couches, we finally found what would work best for us with the help of Daniel A. He truly helped the experience go much smoother and truly was patient with us. Daniel helped us throughout the whole process and even helped by moving around sectionals and tables to see what best fit our living area. To top it off we even found a bedroom set for our son. The best news is they had everything in stock and we would not need to wait months before getting our new furniture like at some other stores. Thanks Daniel and Ashley’s! Y’all did not disappoint!

      Our experience with the Ashley store was horrendous First, they rescheduled the delivery three times. Second, when they came, they brought the loveseat with the legs all scratched. Third, when they installed the frame king bed, they damaged it. They put parts in backward, scratched the wood, and left the screws loose and parts incomplete. We immediately contacted the warranty call center to claim the two damages, and they took a month to help us. We called multiple times and sent emails and Facebook messages, but no one helped us. We had to go to the store for help, and they told us to call the technical company. When we reached the technical company, they corroborated that Ashley never scheduled a person to fix the bed frame.

      I recommend that you avoid buying from this store and any Ashley store. Some of the delivery employees do not know how to assemble the furniture, so they damage it and don’t care if the furniture is damaged. They just want to deliver it, and they promise a warranty that, at the end, has terrible customer service.

      This has been the absolute worst and most stressful purchasing experiences of our lives. We never get the same answers from customer service, when we can even get answers. No one responds to the emails we “have to wait for”. I have called and emailed numerous times. We have been dealing with customer service since the day we picked up these items almost 2 months ago. We have also gone into the store we purchased them from, but they said we needed to contact customer service. They have not been used or even finished being put together because the quality is so bad!

      After waiting for a reply from the emails they make you wait on for several weeks with no response, I called again and spoke to someone who told me they could not be refunded because it had been over 2 weeks. I explained that we had been waiting on Ashley to contact us because we called to get it taken care of the first business day after we received the items. He told me a supervisor would call me within 2 hours and I never heard back. I called again later that afternoon multiple times and was passed from one person to another saying no supervisors were available. I waited another hour and tried again. I was able to speak to a supervisor who told me that there was nothing Ashley could do until a technician had been sent out. My husband called again a few days later to check on the status and they told us the parts were on order and someone would be here within 7-10 days. We called 7-10 days later to check and were notified that the technician and parts had been cancelled, so we were given a supervisors email. Emailed the supervisor with no response. Waited over a week and emailed him again to get a one sentence response letting us know parts were ordered and it would be ANOTHER 3 WEEKS before anyone could do anything. He completely ignored the fact that no one ever responded to the previous emails or even acknowledged the emails I was told to forward him.

      Like I said, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

      We had the best experience at the Ashley’s furniture store today in Alliance! We came in and looked through everything and we’re almost done when the sweetest sales lady named Dayna Chapman came over and asked if we needed anything and helped us with our questions. She was so efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the whole process, and overall extremely helpful. She was not pushy with us at all, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back!

      Great tea room!! I had the sampler and it came with ham and mushroom quiche, loaded potato soup, fruit, pumpkin bread, chicken salad and toast points. The rose tea was so refreshing. I would say this is top 3 in Fort Worth area. I absolutely love the shopping and the prices are mostly reasonable. We went to the tea room on Friday around 12 and it was a little busy. They served us very fast and got our food fast. It was packed at 1 when we walked by again. Would recommend!

      The Mercantile is a hidden gem! This place is huge and filled with antiques as well as home decor, healthy plants, candies, wigs, jewelry & watch repair shop and a tea room! There is definitely something for everyone here. I will definitely be back to visit. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

      my account reviews were taken down, but i had to stay loyal to my favorite antique shop:)

      Honestly. this place is better than seeing clearfork santa claus. not even kidding, i could maybe graduate will a medical degree by the time i have looked through everything there. Also what are these comments, they’re antiques and collectibles, it’s not goodwill. if you want your ‘vInTAgE HiGh VaLuE ChINa’ i assure you amazon won’t be as authentic as this place. The shop owner doesn’t follow you around, they’re there to help you, they don’t think you’re weird, not everything is about you (?). i would go to war for this place, the actual shop owner is hilarious. on a daily basis i will read through how they they respond to the reviews??. But, if you are a collector, i do recommend checking this place out. i went through a phase where i collected Pillsbury doughboys, i found 11 in under 25 minutes. there’s also some really cool decor and clothes!! 1/4 my room=amazon. 3/4 my room = this awesome place. the service and staff are great! they pointed me in the right direction and gave me some very good advice. love you guys and this place so much

      Loved visiting today. Quite a variety of interesting items to explore. Music played in store was very unpleasant to listen to however. I’ve been several times before and never had to listen to music so distracting. I hope it was just an isolated incident. I’ll be back because this is one of my favorite places to shop.

      My wife and I enjoy going to antique stores on Sunday, our one day of the week together. We chose to visit this store last Sunday, 05/28. Wife immediately found a cute frog item and left it at with an attendant at the desk. After a while we both separately realized we were being followed by an employee, an older, rotund lady with short silver hair. Neither of us have guilty consciences, but we are keen enough to realize when we’re being followed by an employee feigning to keep busy. We didn’t look dangerous, we both wore geeky t-shirts. I make sure to keep my hands out of my pockets. The only discernible difference between ourselves and other patrons of the store was that we are Hispanic/Native Americans. I hate to bring it up at all, but I don’t know why else we would have been followed. She stopped once I changed directions on her and audibly stated to my wife I do not enjoy being followed. The lady soon thereafter went back to the front desk. We will not be back ever.

      Lots of unique finds . Prices are a little expensive. Some booths have discounts but I visited some other places similar and found more reasonably priced items. The prices of individual booths do not reflect the business itself. It really is the hunt of finding the absolute best price matching the quality of what you’re hunting for. So definitely look around you never know what you will find . The staff are nice and friendly ?. This is my honest opinion and I did see some interesting items.

      I had to use the restroom as soon as I walked in. The sign says “restroom for paying customers only”. I just got there so I didn’t know if I wanted to buy anything yet, but I definitely wanted to look around. I went to the restroom and they were locked. It said you needed to get a key from the front desk. I did not ask them for a key. They seemed very unfriendly and now I see that I was right after reading their responses to all the negative reviews on here. I would have loved to have gone to the restroom and then walked around to see if I wanted to purchase something, but it was just a very un-welcoming vibe. They clearly don’t need my business. Too bad because I have a mid century modern home and I’m sure I could have found something in there. Maybe try to be a little nicer and have open restrooms to the public. Trust your customers to be good people. There’s enough negativity in the world. I’m sure you’ll reply with a negative comment to my review. Go ahead. I’ll wait.

      EDITED after their reply: On the front door of the business, it says “restrooms for paying customers only” lol, so nice try. I will definitely stay away from your business.

      This store use to be nice but now there’s nothing ever stocked , nothing on the shelves, can’t walk down the aisles because all the stuff to stock with is in the way you can’t get nowhere. One little lady stocking and one guy checking they were the only good people in the store they were very very sweet and in helping you with anything you needed. They need several stocker’s instead of running one little lady ragged and another checker to help the guy out because you get a long line of people waiting to get checked out!! No manager in sight or assistant manager everytime I go in there but yes this store has gone downhill and it’s a shame because it’s a big store.

      Their stars have dropped bcause I went to this dollar tree looking for boxes and was told I couldn’t get the big ones cause they needed them. Never mind that I even ask for 2 empty big ones with the flaps cut off and was still told I couldn’t even get those. Wow. I guess customer service is gone for good.

      Such a nice little Dollar Tree. It had everything I needed at the great price of $1. This Dollar Tree was clean and has some amazing employees.

      For a Dollar Tree, it was pretty clean. Most Dollar Trees are dirty and have everything everywhere, but this one wasn’t. It did have a lot of boxes, but that wasn’t a problem. It also has a bathroom!!! I didn’t go in, so I don’t know the conditions of it, but most Dollar Trees don’t have public bathrooms.

      The employees are so nice and build great relationships with the customers. The cashier was such a kind person. He talks to the customers and made sure that they were having a great day.

      Tldr: great, clean dollar tree with super cool employees. 5/5⭐️

      The manager Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very personable and went above & beyond to accomodate my needs. This is the type of management I’d like to see in other businesses! Outstanding!       This location was horrible on May 11th!!!! Only 1 cashier, we were close to 40 people deep waiting to get checked out! Cashier stated she’d been by herself since 4pm. I Do Not Understand why some stores don’t hire enough staff . I was very disappointed with the long wait. A lot of customers walked out! I had never had this type of experience at this Dollar Tree before!!!

      This location has to be the most clean and organized Ross location I have ever been to. Clothes weren’t on the floor, the shoes were all on the racks, the socks were all hung up, the beauty area was nice and organized, and there were no open boxes or spilled hair products. Purses and bags were all hung. Honestly, the home area, whether it was the kitchen, bathroom, etc, was super organized. There was nothing out of place at all. I didn’t find any broken or open items either. And there was so much stuff!

      I really enjoyed shopping here, and I found so much good stuff.

      I haven’t been to a Ross and gotten a cart full of things in such a long time.

      So, props to whoever is running this location, you are doing a great job!

      Dont shop here if you are in a hurry. The wait time to check out is about 30 minutes. A huge line to check out and only two cashiers. The management standing around and talking and laughing without helping the two cashiers working their butts off. Worst experience!

      We just got out of the store and we had a really bad experience with the people that work there. Right after we went inside the security person started following my cousins acting like they were going to steal something and also the people at the front were rude when we were just trying to have a good shopping time. I don’t think we’re going to come back for a while.

      When I came here for Christmas it was ok-found a lot of toys that my kids liked that other stores didn’t have. They already have a loss prevention lady at the front of the store but they keep a ton of stuff locked up, all the jewelry, all the make up, and perfume. I am a happily paying customer and shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of finding someone to unlock a case for me to get jewelry. I came here today specially to look at the unique snacks and cookies but they keep ALL of that stuff in the check out lane and it was backed up. I didn’t want to get in a line with nothing and get stuck standing there looking at the goodies and be in peoples way. I will not be coming here anymore and just go to Marshalls on the next street over. Very messy and unorganized.

      Great prices, good quality and good selection, you can find pretty much everything, you just need to get there at the right time and on the right day of the week, right when they restock everything, otherwise you are going to spend more time finding what you are looking for!

      Trish & the girls here are all so sweet and helpful. The store always looks good – it is truly one of the busiest stores & can get chaotic but even if a few things get ransacked on a holiday weekend, I can honestly say this: 1) the crew here is always working – you will not find them standing around & 2) the store is always clean! There might be a pile up of clothes after an aloof customer tries on 27 items but the store will always be clean – wiped, dusted, mopped, sanitized, clean. How this crew stays as cheerful as they do with never-ending gobs of “didnt we just do this” piling up is beyond me but they do! 5 +stars for a happy, hard working crew we could all stand to be a little more like!

      This site is quite disorganized. Still, you can find really good deals if you have the patience to look around.

      The store is also dirty as many of Ross stores are. Employees are about a 6.5 out of 10, in terms of welcoming and helpful, in my personal experience. I can’t wait to see then get better. I really want to like this store.
