Just went there to grab a coffee, I was in hurry, the girl over there was doing one of the her duties, AS soon as I asked her to help me, she served me without any delays with a warm welcome! I literally appreciate the staff efforts and store cleanliness. The girl was maintaining a sanitized store for us which is must in these panic hours of pandemic. As hygiene is to key to fight COVID ??. Thankyou guys.

Went in this morning to make a cup of tea. Asked the proprietor for tea bags as there were none by the coffee machine. When I asked him why he kept them behind the counter, not at the machine, I received a torrent of aggression in return.
Why he felt this was necessary, I do not know.
Taking the time to be courteous to your customers is so small a thing. This 7-11 could try a lot harder.

I got a coffee with soy, in the middle of the depense it stopped ,so I asked the lady to fill it up with soy.
She refused, previously they have just refilled it.
She stated that machine needed to cleaned she could’ve fill the soy milk up so I couldve had my coffee ?

Really poor customer service and I have dropped in a couple dozen times, occasionally okay but mostly rude, abrasive and generally useless service wise.
No toilets, wanted to wash my hands before eating at Subway, no can do! Toilets are there but locked and out of order sign on them. Been like this since 7 11 took over. BP actually maintained them.
I prefer to avoid and recommend you do too.

Will not recommend the store to anyone .
