      The place to go if you have a very tight deadline. I called 10 mechanical shops for a next day roadworthy. Prestige was the only place willing to slot me in at short notice. They ordered in parts locally for repairs needed next day. If you want the job done, no fuss and quickly would recommend giving them a call.

      Imran was incredible today! I called him in a panic an hour before closing on a Saturday as I needed to get back to Melbourne for work and my car was having issues driving greater than 80km/hr after being towed out of mud the night before. Imran ran full checks, even cleared out all the mud, swapped over the wheels to ensure there were no other underlying issues and continued working on my car well after closing time. To be incredibly grateful is an understatement, I was able to drive back to Melbourne before dark and be back for work. Such incredible service and incredibly generous with his time.       Ben booked my porsche in quickly for what appeared to be a minor issue that turned out to be more complex.       My family and I have used Ben and German Automotive for years. My most recent experience was awful due to multiple failures in communication from German Automative that cost us significant repairs that we didn’t consent to. I even requested with Ben that we be informed on the full extent of repairs prior to any action being taken due to the age of the car. This happened not once, but twice whilst they had my car.

      I will not be going to German Automotive again and frankly found the experience so unprofessional and negligent that I’m compelled to to write this one-star review as I am looking for a new mechanic.

      The following is my experience and your experience may differ, this account is true and correct at time of posting…

      THE SHORT ANSWER IS FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET A R.W.C OR MECHANICAL REPAIRS. IF YOU CHOOSE TO EXPERIENCE THEM ABSOLUTELY GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING IF THEY ARE VAGUE GET THEM TO REWRITE IT (EASIER TO GO ELSEWHERE).

      THEY’RE CLEVER THEY GOT ME AFTER MY REVIEW, PICKING MORE THINGS THAT DIDN’T APPEAR ON THE FIRST WRITE OF R.W.C IF YOU’RE ON A FIXED INCOME I WOULD GIVE THIS MOB A WIDE BIRTH. STORY BELOW

      Took my minivan to get a R.W.C. They presented me with a list of repairs to be done, at a cost of $300 for this privilege. The vehicle is an import so getting parts wasn’t as quick as I needed, forcing me to have to do another R.W.C.

      In there favour and only after my Google review, they did call me an opt to conduct a rewrite for $50 (which now looks as though they just wanted to waste my time and money) (My understanding of a rewrite having had them before is that they check over the things listed first time and if fixed write a R.W.C.) But this was not the case. They conducted a full second check with a new list of things to do. So, like a fool I complied and all things written the second time around were fixed. I presented the vehicle yet again only to be knocked back again. Now they’re using a play on their words to not sign off on the second inspection. So far this vehicle has cost me about $3000 to fix and still requires more money spent (which I don’t have) I’m on a fixed income and I’m now in debt and still without a vehicle.

      Great service! They attended to my car last minute for an air-con gas / filter issue. The entire team was incredibly friendly and let me freely voice my concerns without undermining me or cutting me off like other service centers had. After looking into it, they promptly called me to advise what they wanted to attend to and the cost before going ahead to ensure it suited me. On dropping my car off they offered a replacement car complimentary to get me back home and to run errands until my car was ready for pickup. The loan car was clean and suitable and a great help. On top of the service they even washed the exterior and vacuumed my car complimentary to an excellent standard (this has rarely been done in other places so it was a great extra). I’m so impressed with the service all round. Even if there’s a problem with the gas in the future I feel very confident in returning to them if needed. I’ve had very mixed experiences elsewhere and this had been by far the most professional, cost conscious and stress free I’ve experienced in Melbourne! Also as a side mention the customer office and the car servicing space were both so well kept and clean which also contributed to a great experience. Thank you!

      At last a company that can service my Mercedes without out the huge costs associated with a service from a Mercedes Benz Dealer. Cox Auto Service Centre recently serviced my Mercedes for the second time. Not only was the cost substantially cheaper, I also felt that Cox Auto Service was working on my behalf. In the past Mercedes Benz made me feel like they were doing me a huge favour servicing my vehicle, almost like I should be honoured that I had them service my car. Cox Auto were extremely helpful and offered a number of extra incentives. A simple thing like washing and detailing my vehicle thoroughly after the service was completed. Unlike Mercedes, who seemed to not care about the final result! Thank you Cox Auto Service Centre

      Young and passionate, incredible pricing, SUPER friendly and happy to answer any queries or concerns I had. Not only that, the work done and overall experience was nothing short of 10/10!

      Saw me at short notice after I chipped off a good chunk of my incisor. Got me in that afternoon, tooth is literally better than new. A week later I have appointments taking care of fillings. Staff is lovely, efficient and do excellent work.

      I called to make an appointment for my 4year old (nearly 5) she broke her tooth the lady on the phone told me it was covered completely by Medicare no upfront payment that was a LIE. Then I said she would need it pulled they said yep we can do that not a problem. Go to our appointment to find that the dentist refused to do anything as she was to young an didn’t want my daughter to be traumatized so she will need to be sedated ?(she has a few things needing to be fixed but could have at least helped with the tooth causing pain) an here is my 4yr old laying there with her mouth wide open waiting for him to help stop the pain to be told I won’t do anything she was not happy (she had a filling at 3 n didn’t even budge) safe to say unless your kid only needs a check up maybe a clean I wouldn’t bother going here. Honestly it was like he (the dentist) was more scared of my 4y old (nearly 5) daughter than she was of him an to top it off is we were waited 40min past her appointment time. Have definatley already recommended to family an friends to stay away from this place.

The new airflow technique machine was used as well as traditional teeth cleaning methods, there’s no better feeling than walking out with a fresh, plaque free smile! The receptionist was an absolute gem and helped me with setting up my appointments in advance and catered to my full time job.       Friendly staff but unfortunately was not happy with my clean. A new pressurized machine was used which sprayed water everywhere, teeth were not polished, the drill tool they usually use at a routine clean to get rid of stubborn plaque was not used & my teeth still had plaque afterwards & so I had to go back the next day but was still left with plaque. It was just one dental hygienist working on the teeth so I think it was difficult to be thorough but after the visit I felt like I could have just brushed my teeth at home. When I go to the dentist I expect all plaque to be removed. It’s been 5 months & I went somewhere else where they used the drill tool & polished my teeth with 2 people working on the teeth & my teeth actually feel and look professionally cleaned & have no plaque & stains. So with this comparison, I would not recommend this business.

      Well hello once again, about a month or so I had a big-ish filling done, no problem first class, painless, I was and still am very happy with this wonderful practice, now here’s the thing I had a feeling something wasn’t right, I rang knight Street the director of first contact organised a visit straight away, I had tests Xray and was advised that It may be after procedure thing that’s my word, so my dentist said let’s see what happens. I was happy with that, the kicker was no charge brilliant, this is the dentists for you.

      Very disappointing The dentist who attended my son, appeared to be lacking experience with children. When she applied the needle, instead of stopping when the child showed discomfort, she continued to keep pushing and injecting the anaesthetic into the tooth, then proceeded to do the back of the tooth. The whole time this was happening to chi,ld was in excruciating pain and crying. It was without doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve seen of a professional dealing with a child.

      My wife had to wait in the waiting room and the whole time she heard our son crying in pain.

      I had previously had my child in the Royal Children’s Hospital for a period of around 12 months during that time he had to undergo an enormous amount of procedures and exposure to needles, Not once did I ever see the disregard for the patient’s well-being as what I saw at the dentist.

      As result of this harsh treatment by the dentist, my child will continue to have a phobia in regards to dental work. Thank you very much for an unpleasant experience.

I have always had a fear of the dentist but these guys have been very kind & made my visits fun, laughable & most importantly bearable. I absolutely, highly recommend dr shah for not only adults but kids, he is very patient and will talk you through your options, giving you space, advice & time to decide what will be the best treatment option for you. Really reasonable priced too!

      First time visit, I had 2 fillings needing replacement, within an hour the dentist had both fillings fixed. The service is professional, courteous, understanding and clean. No fiddling or fumbling, straight to the point and the end result is excellent. The operation is like a well oiled machine. I’m very pleased with Lime Dental, so thank you very much.

      Not only did he do a very good job on my teeth Ivan is very pleasant and communicates well when he’s doing the dental work which is handy if you are a little nervous about seeing a dentist. The receptionist staff are warm and professional and the whole place had a very upbeat, friendly feel. Price is good too – by far the best experience I’ve ever had!

      Been going there for 20 years and have had professional service every time. Right from the start you are welcome with a smile from reception and excellent service from the dentist and dental nurses. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
