      I recently had a tooth pulled out at the Vineyard Dentist, and I was very impressed with the care I received. The doctor and nurse were both very calming and patient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

      I was especially impressed with the way the doctor explained the procedure to me in detail. He used gentle language and a soothing tone of voice, and he made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen. This helped me to feel much more relaxed and at ease

      Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Vineyard Dentist. The doctor and nurse were both very professional and caring, and they made sure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others.

      Broke my tooth on Christmas Day and needed to be seen quickly. Hadn’t been there before, but got an appointment in two days time. No waiting to be seen in the day and the dentist was very professional, diagnosing the problem and fixing the tooth. Would recommend.

      Primary dental is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing Dr. Maria Rodriguez Leon for over a year now. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is professional and caring. She is always upfront about your options and the costs involved. She makes sure you are comfortable and eases the anxiety. The dental assistants have also been very kind and professional too. The reception staff always greet you with a smile and do an awesome job making appointments and taking payments etc. As someone who has high anxiety around dental work this dental practice and its workers have been a blessing.

      I’ve attended this clinic on multiple occasions in the past, dentists were always friendly and transparent with treatment. Pricing was very reasonable and they were accomodating when I had to reschedule.

      I only switched because it was a little far from work and most appointments are operating during the weekdays.

      The best dental practice I have been to and they are amazing with me and all of my children. They recently saw one of my children for an emergency consult after an injury involving his teeth and instead of turning us away like another practice did, they told us to come in. It was the end of the day and he wasn’t a current patient but they still made time to see us. Words cannot express how thankful and grateful I was. All staff I have encountered are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough.

      My 7 year old is extremely fearful of dentists due to a horrible experience with one at another practice. We could not be more happy with Totally Smiles! Dr Holly is just lovely and so very patient, both my kids were completely at ease with her, as well as the 2 dental nurses that were in with her. All the staff are super friendly and patient also. Super affordable as well, when so many dental practices seem to be charging crazy amounts of money, Totally Smiles seems to care more about families being able to afford dental care.

      After having such a fear of the dentist I went and saw Dr John and his assistant Maddy today. Wow what an experience he was so gentle , reassuring and really considered my fears and concerns before we went ahead with my tooth extraction. Which really was minor dental surgery having to cut my tooth into 3 pieces which he discussed with me. I didn’t feel a thing which was amazing. Thank you Dr John and Maddy for making this a great dental experience which now means I can go back without any fears what so ever. You are a legend Thank you again

      I am currently having dental work done with Kendall & Dr Dennis. I highly recommend Dana Street Dental. The understanding and warm welcoming from all of the staff has been incredible. Kendall is the nicest person I have met at the practice, her attention to detail, attention to care has made me feel a lot more comfortable as being someone who is anxious in the dental chair.

      Highly highly recommend Dr Dennis, he has been absolutely incredible with my large dental treatment plan, explaining all procedures and reinsuring me has made everything much easier.

      I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists up until now. I saw Dr Shree and she was excellent. Explained things very well and was very gentle and caring through out the appointment.       Highly recommend the team at Dana Street Dental. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and the dental nurses are very friendly- there’s a great atmosphere in the clinic. I see Dr Dennis. He is very friendly, kind and makes you feel comfortable. He explains everything thoroughly beforehand and constantly checks in to see how you are doing. Dr Dennis is a phenomenal dentist and I cannot recommend him enough!

      I have MASSIVE dentist anxiety, to the point where I shake and cry at the very THOUGHT of getting in that chair. But weeks of putting up with intense pain finally drove me to Dana St Dental… and I’m kicking myself for not having gone sooner. My dentist – Dennis – was beyond brilliant. His chair-side manner is second to none: he calmly and clearly explained everything that I could expect, listened to my panicky ramble, answered my delirious questions. When it came time for my procedure (a root canal: two ordinarily terrifying words!), he and the equally brilliant dental nurses ensured I was comfortable and properly sedated (nitrous oxide) before beginning. With laughing gas in my system and a great Netflix docco playing on the ceiling, I barely noticed the dental work going on AT ALL! That’s saying a LOT for the person who usually cries just from having their teeth professionally cleaned. If you too are the type to NOPE at the thought of going to the dentist, I hugely recommend giving Dana St Dental a go. Everyone there – from reception to nurses to dentist – is professional, kind, understanding and thorough. Thanks so much, folks!

      I recently had my 6-month dental check/clean up done by Dr Wei and as always (this was not my first time at Geelong West Dental) she was professional, friendly and very attentive, constantly making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr Wei and Dr Gerard (who I have seen before too) are very approachable and show a genuine care to their patients, they listen and take their time to explain carefully any procedures or issues.       Beautifully appointed Dental Studio. Well appointed and professional. Referred by one of his colleages that was not as well equiped to remove such a tricky tooth, Dr Gary took on the task with no hesitation and with utmost care and determination. I am indebted to him and to the other dentist that arranged for me to be seen so quickly. It was a traumatic exercise but I was in good hands and it needed doing. Checking in hours later to see if I was recovering okay as it was a very difficult extraction. I can thoroughly recommend Gary and his assistant. They made an unpleasant task as comforting and as pleasant as I could ever have expected.

      I’ve been coming to Smile Solutions since maybe 2009 when I was forced as my back tooth filling fell out. I was always terrified of the dentist but I saw Madeline Hoopman and still see her to this day.

      She was so gentle and understanding and got me over my fear of the dentist to the point where I love getting a checkup or clean now.

      And the building, oh my, it’s stunning. Aside from some splits, the dental equipment and computers, the building itself is still all original and so beautiful.

      Won’t lie, this is an expensive clinic, but I’ll say it’s worth every cent knowing you’re being genuinely cared for and getting the best treatments available as they are always upgrading their dental technology to stay current and they’ll do anything to ensure your comfort.

      I absolutely recommend Smiles Solutions. My children actually love to visit the dentist because of smiles, we continue to have to a wonderful experience every time we are there regardless of their teeth being cleaned or seeing the Orthodontist. All aspects of staff and services are impeccable. We travel from East Gippsland to Melbourne specifically to see the team at smiles solutions

      Was a good experience. Had to get a second appointment for getting my implant tightened. The doctor clearly explained why my implant, that I got elsewhere, keeps getting loose. Although the doctor could only temporarily tightened it but it is still tight after several months-No issue since the visit. Very grateful. Thank you.

      I won’t publicly shame the dentist but the dentist I saw is definitely one I will be avoiding in future. Went in for a checkup, and clean. The cleaning was suppose to be done by a hygienist but there was a scheduling error and the dentist performed the clean instead, after the checkup, which was very accommodating. Except it was the most aggressive and care-free hygiene session I have ever experienced. Huge amounts of bleeding and pain experienced which felt completely unnecessary given that it had only been a year since my last clean. The amount of blood and pain experienced was definitely not warranted. I was also told that I had to have a filling done, which I found hard to believe because I take very good care of my teeth (much more than the average person). After the less than desirable experience and bad vibes I got from the dentist I went elsewhere (MC Dental – also highly reviewed) for a second opinion on the filling and they were adamant that a filling was not necessary, there was no decay, and a simple sealant to fill the groove was all that was necessary. The second dentist from MC came across a lot more honest and trustworthy so I took their advice over the advice from the dentist at Smile Solutions. I’m sure there are plenty of fantastic dentists at Smile Solutions and I have massive respect for professional care, but I definitely won’t be seeing the same person I saw there.

      I went here many years ago, I don’t know why I’m seeing YouTube ads, I might as well give them feedback to my experience. They were going to charge me 60K for a whole smile.. I went to Turkey and got them all fixed for 6K and 54K in my pocket plus a nice holiday and got to see family too. Who’s laughing now. They make a living out of something that should be essential for everyone. This is pathetic when I hear about the crazy prices to fix teeth, it’s really not worth that much money it’s all a lie and it shouldn’t be based on your whole entire life to fix them at a ripped off price. There’s more to life than just that perfect smile.
