      Very rude and racist staff, especially the ones around the beauty area. My wife had a pretty ugly incident with an Asian lady, who racially profiled my wife. Ironically she couldn’t speak English properly either. You are a NON English speaking sales assistant at a discount pharmacy with a cramped up beauty area, RELAX!!

      I went to the counter and asked if there were any tester for the “ariana mist” one of the staff said no so I bought one either way since it smelt nice but when I opened it there was no absolute smell to it, not even a hint of smell, the next day I went back to priceline asking for a refund one or another Ariana mist that has a smell and they said they could not refund me because “it has been already open” then said there were testers and I should of have smelt it before buying. A reminder it was just a water looking mist itself and stickytape around it.

      The pharmacist Will is one of the most caring, kindest and genuine people I have ever met! All of the staff are so lovely and always remember your name and Will has gone above and beyond for me and my whole family several times! We have been using this pharmacy exclusively for years and I highly recommend them to anyone! You are in and out with very little to no wait time at all!!! I am so pleased with Pharmacy @ Knox and can honestly say that they have made the last few years of health issues much more manageable due to their genuine compassion and care!!       I called ahead at about 10pm on a weeknight to check if an item was in stock for my daughter but instead of what would of have been a perfectly acceptable yes or no, was provided some totally genuine and warm advice, a product comparison and some casual knowledge droppage from a lovely staff member (whose name of course I have diligently forgotten). Thank you again though 🙂 I had not known there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Knox City (drove to Nunawading first remembering there was one open late there near the Maccas but it’s not anymore) so am so pleased that I found “Pharmacy@Knox 24” (,,,and on that note it’s all in the name really isn’t it? No mucking about there!!)

      A beacon of light (literally, amongst the cold carpark of Knox and metaphorically for me and my family on a fairly challenging day). Doing god’s work! Just being open is already amazing, having the energy and warmth to give advice is just chefs kiss awesome.       Was just served by Nicole. She was warm, friendly and happy to assist. She really seemed like she wanted to help when we asked for advice about what product to purchase, giving us a few options and explaining the benefits of each. The place is one of the only 24 hour pharmacies in the area too, which is great!

      Really glad to have a nurse avaliable at night when all the doctors are fully booked or closed. We went on Thursday night for my daughter and the nurse there was so attentive, so lovely and gentle with my daughter. My daughter was screaming histerically and the nurse patiently waited for her to calm down so she could dress her wound. Very happy with the service.

      My wife put her script in on 6/6/23 at 12.45pm . After Drs visit I put mine in at 1.15 . Told 30 minute wait . Went to pick up at 2.15 . Told the chemist was “checking” my wifes script . 20 minutes later received both mine and my wifes scripts . Advised out of stock for one script and it would be in following day . Went to pay and discovered my script was for another person in a different town . Back to counter and advised chemist on duty . Very pathetic attitude to my concerns of being given someone elses medication. Then found out mine wasn’t even made up . Another 20 minute wait . Got home and lo and behold my wife was missing one lot of medication . Back to Priceline . This script was also not in stock , but no one bothered to advise us . This is not the first time we have been stuffed around at this chemists , but it was definately the LAST . Chemistwarehouse now has new customers.

      Some of the staff their are very nice but some make you feel uneasy and like your below them, they also thought it was a great idea to bring up my children’s looks and thought it was appropriate to ask about their father infront of my children which was so disrespectful, don’t ask customers sensitive questions especially infront of kids.

      Whilst sick I needed Seretide. As in real Seretide and I made clear to the person who assisted me that I did not want a generic which is all my local pharmacy had in stock. I drove a 90km round trip and failed – guess what they gave me. Why do pharmacy’s think it is their right to substitute brands because they get a percentage from generic brands

      I ordered some shampoos and conditioners, because I was running out. When my order arrived, I was missing a shampoo, i contacted the services if something was wrong with my order. Through email, I still haven’t received my shampoo or been contacted. I’m now going to have to buy another. This is poor customer service. Absaloutely terrible.

      I’ve been a customer of Findlay & Weymouth Pharmacy for decades. Since changing over to Priceline, the service has been less than impressive. Putting scripts in , half an hour to an hour wait, even come back tomorrow! The past couple of times i have lodged my husbands script, they haven’t had it.. told me Traralgon Plaza Priceline has it, it will there for me to pick up after 3pm,, go back then to be told Sorry wont be in until tomorrow! Today my husband put his script in, told to come back in 20mins.. He goes back in 20 to be told, sorry we dont have it.. Come back tomorrow.. C’mon! We live out of town,we work.. talk about an inconvenience. Service has gone down the toilet BIG time since becoming Priceline.. Seriously Considering going elsewhere..

      What has happened to this pharmacy? When I first moved here there were some lovely pharmacist’s, 2 guys who were so helpful and understanding. Sue and the staff who work there have been absolutely wonderful. But over the past 3 months or so i have been told to return boxes for pick ups or I will be charged for the boxes, so I started bringing the boxes back. Then on one pick up I was told what time I should come in, despite been busy myself and dealing with very serious anxiety and depression. So I phone in the morning of my weekly pick up to ask to get my weekly pickup organised so the pharmacist is not annoyed. Today I phoned ahead as usual and then had a return phone call within minutes once again bringing up me returning boxes! I said I would bring them in when I pick up later today, then got told can I come in earlier. She is exceptionally rude, stating that ‘ALL pharmacies charge for the boxes’ Wrong, I have never had this problem at the past 4 chemists I have been to in Victoria. Clearly my medication is for my anxiety and depression and she has made me feel absolutely useless. So I don’t know what has happened to this pharmacy. I picked up from another chemist who worked there last week and she was absolutely lovely. Now I’m sitting in my car in tears. I know this woman owns the business but this is not the way to help people. If you can’t organise your business cause you are too busy then employ more people to help. Is this Pharmacy still an Amcal Chemist? If not then it’s very misleading. Unnaceptable and exceptionally rude. Will be taken my scripts to another chemist after pick up today. I know this won’t make any difference to this chemist, it’s only around $200 a month I was spending there and about $700 in cosmetics the past 2 months. I would like to know if you are still an Amcal Pharmacy as I went with Amcal due to Amcal in Benalla being so wonderful. And never charged for something as stupid as a box. I do not recommend them at all. Please be more understanding of what your customers are going through. Has there been a change of ownership?

      Requested for a price match on Ensure 850gm at Chemist Warehouse Gap Rd Sunbury . I was kept waiting for more than 10 minutes and then refused saying that store manager has refused to do it. I spend around $500 a month on medicines for my parents. I felt so bad as I was kept waiting an then refused without a reason. Request for price match was under the Chemist Warehouse policies. I am now thinking of changing the store / pharmacy.

      Thank you to the pharmacist and two team members who helped me today. As I was walking out I dropped a bottle of antibiotics and a pharmacist walking in helped me straight away and replaced the bottle so quickly and didn’t charge me. The two team members came over and offered me a wipe and were so kind as I apologised to them and thanked them. Thank you to all of you, you have a made a very tired and stressed mum feel seen and smile today.

      I submitted the script today for my partner. Yes, I understand there is a time to wait for the script to be processed. What I don’t like is being ignored at the point of collection. Since you removed the little “ding” bell, customer service has disappeared. Please take the time to acknowledge the fact that there are customers waiting for their scripts.       jeeeez the young girl on counter today with the straight long brown hair and eyelash extensions had an attitude and a half, didn’t greet any customers and just grumpily asked if they wanted their receipt. not a good look for ur company and maybe (definitely) needs some training in people skills or politeness in general

      I called ahead at about 10pm on a weeknight to check if an item was in stock for my daughter but instead of what would of have been a perfectly acceptable yes or no, was provided some totally genuine and warm advice, a product comparison and some casual knowledge droppage from a lovely staff member (whose name of course I have diligently forgotten). Thank you again though 🙂 I had not known there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Knox City (drove to Nunawading first remembering there was one open late there near the Maccas but it’s not anymore) so am so pleased that I found “Pharmacy@Knox 24” (,,,and on that note it’s all in the name really isn’t it? No mucking about there!!)

      A beacon of light (literally, amongst the cold carpark of Knox and metaphorically for me and my family on a fairly challenging day). Doing god’s work! Just being open is already amazing, having the energy and warmth to give advice is just chefs kiss awesome. She really seemed like she wanted to help when we asked for advice about what product to purchase, giving us a few options and explaining the benefits of each. The place is one of the only 24 hour pharmacies in the area too, which is great!

      Really glad to have a nurse avaliable at night when all the doctors are fully booked or closed. We went on Thursday night for my daughter and the nurse there was so attentive, so lovely and gentle with my daughter. My daughter was screaming histerically and the nurse patiently waited for her to calm down so she could dress her wound. Very happy with the service.

      Excellent customer service. Almost Christmas but when I rang requesting a specific item the person that answered the phone obligingly went online and checked availability. Not something they usually stocked but organised it to be in store with the next order. When I went in to the shop to collect the girls hadn’t had time to unpack the orders. Instead of suggesting I came back later they bought the delivered boxes through and proceeded to look for my item.Naturally, the last box! I appreciated their cheerful “we’ll do it right now” attitude. They made my day! Thank you.

      Every time I come to Mildura my lips get sunburnt/wind burnt and they hurt and sting and go red and crusty. I decided to go to this chemist warehouse and ask for any recommendations that could save my lips. The lady was amazing!! Had beautiful customer service and showed me what products would work best for my needs. Even mentioned a lip scrub however I just stuck with the Burt’s and bees lip balm and an overnight lip mask that was suggested. They were both in my affordable range too!! I religiously used both products together and before you knew it my lips have looked the healthiest they have ever been! Thank you Mildura chemist warehouse!

I have bought these axact drops time and time again for the same problem.       I’ve had exceptional customer service from the regular sales team. They would have received 5 ⭐’s, but I deducted a star because in the dispensary, I had an unfortunate experience with the pharmacist on duty. I must have annoyed them when I told them I was going to quickly check that all the item’s were present and correct as per my preferred brands. Her response when I was finished and signed the prescriptions so she could get back to other duties was a little perplexing, she passed (threw) the items at me with such force they scattered all over the counter. Since that day I only go here for the fantastic prices on all the great products they sell, I don’t get prescriptions filled here anymore. As I stated above the regular sales staff are brilliant and courteous every time I shop here. Chemist Warehouse truly can’t be beaten on price in this rural location.

      Did come today (25/08/22 AM) to seek advice about my kid’s nasal spray. The pharmacist who attended to me was arrogant and busy chatting with his colleague.

      I was the only customer that time so I do not know what his excuse for being rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. I felt insulted for seeking advice to this pharmacist.

      If I can rate this with ZERO star, will be more than happy to do so.

      Arnold, the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes personal interest in his customers and explains in detail about the medication, how it is to be taken etc. The staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. The merchandise in the store is displayed well and the store is clean and tidy. I particularly like the ‘clearance’ of cosmetics. I had an occasion to have my blood pressure checked there and the lady was most efficient and attentive. The store is convenient for me and I am very happy with the service and customer satisfaction they endeavour to achieve. It’s a pleasure to drop in there every time to pick up our medicines.

      I am shocked by the service. Not sure what to make of it. I was told on Saturday by one attendant to come bank Monday to get my daughter’s ears pierced and that I did not need to do any bookings, just walk in and get it done.

      Well, i went there today Monday with my daughter and guess what they didnt want to do it. One attendant said it was appointment only and they were all booked till next week. And I should go to the Central to have it done. The other lady told me that the person who does the piercing called in sick and will not be in for a week and so they cann’t do it.

      It is obvious they are lying. And yes I will get it done elsewhere, not because you said so, but because I dont want to do business with you.

      Its a shame, this is what UFS has turned into.

      I gave this chemist warehouse branch a $18 charity.

      I m appreciative of the fact that this chemist is open late night but the staff there lack customer service.

      I bought 2 packs of Ventolin based on ill advice of a gp. Within the day of this purchase , I got a second opinion and was told not to use that for 3 month-old so went back to return it. The two boxes as attached were not opened as you see in those images but the explanation provided by those at the counter for not accepting a refund made ZERO sense. According to them , the medication that leave the counter would be under different temperature or condition or likely to get tampered with. I agreed but not for this medication in question, I am not sure how those unopened boxes that too within the day of purchase would contaminate or change the state of this medication. It is a inhaler that comes with additional plastic protection so not sure how that would affect the medication by temperature.

      Before buying do educate yourself on their return policy and don’t have customer remorse like I feel now.

      Horrible customer service. Absolutely appalled by the way they treat there customers, after entering the store to receive my well needed prescription they didn’t have in stock (Which is fair enough, I don’t expect them to always have it) I received no apology, essentially little to no advice and wasn’t even greeted up to the counter. It was a “We don’t have this in stock” and no further discussion, from what I can see the store seems to be running great but management really lacks the ability to teach proper customer assistance, take this as advice and not a complaint, train your staff correctly. At the end of the day, if every individual staff member is getting away with the same despicable attitude it’s the managements fault. A simple hello and goodbye to a long way.

      The staff is not helpful. When you ask about the scripts , they either don’t know or make you await without telling you. The Dr send them scripts but they were not aware and I had to wait for an hour. The stuff is very rude and they are very unprofessional . I have been to my chemist in Melton and they were very helpful and happy to assist but this hooper crossing one is not good

      Offensive signs about medicine shortages put up. Profits over people at this chemist. This pharmacy would prefer you to come in every 30 days to get their dispensing fees and hope you buy more in store. If you come in every 60 days pharmacies will lose money. They don’t care about medicine shortages. A quick google search will refute anything that is written in response by the owner to this review. The owner just wants his money. Please don’t take his money from him. The Pharmacy guild is a bullying lobby group that gives money to political parties like Pauline Hansons One Nation and the LNP. I guess if you like supporting these guys and love giving you money to pharmacy owner that loves to suck up to the guild. Then keep coming here.

      This was the first chemist I used when I came to Geelong as I was staying in the CBD. When I went there I hoped that all chemists in Geelong were not going to be as bad as this one. The pharmacist Tim, I found was extremely rude over the pH even before I got there and the sign says they open at 8.30am . They hardly ever do, I suggested they change the sign to 9.00am and was told by Tim it’s only happened once.

      One stop shop for all your needs. Supermarket, Pizza, Gym, Public toilets and charcoal chicken. I love the night time staff very polite and professional. Great service. Bargain Woolworths prices on Tuesday. Plenty of Parking space. Hungry Jack’s across the road for cheap fast food drive in or takeaway.
