      I can’t recommend the team at Mansbridge enough. They’ve been servicing my vehicles, old bangers and brand new, for over 10 years and have always offered an honest, reliable and trustworthy service. Their vehicle diagnosis is second to none and I’ve found they go the extra mile to help you out. They did a full vehicle inspection and servicing prior to doing the big lap and sorted I few issues I caused by too many water crossings when I got home. These guys honestly do the best job out there and I’ve recommended a number of family and friends who also happy with their work. Mansbridge are the real deal and Alan and Julie and genuinely A* people.

      I called to make an appointment for my 4year old (nearly 5) she broke her tooth the lady on the phone told me it was covered completely by Medicare no upfront payment that was a LIE. Then I said she would need it pulled they said yep we can do that not a problem. Go to our appointment to find that the dentist refused to do anything as she was to young an didn’t want my daughter to be traumatized so she will need to be sedated ?(she has a few things needing to be fixed but could have at least helped with the tooth causing pain) an here is my 4yr old laying there with her mouth wide open waiting for him to help stop the pain to be told I won’t do anything she was not happy (she had a filling at 3 n didn’t even budge) safe to say unless your kid only needs a check up maybe a clean I wouldn’t bother going here. Honestly it was like he (the dentist) was more scared of my 4y old (nearly 5) daughter than she was of him an to top it off is we were waited 40min past her appointment time. Have definatley already recommended to family an friends to stay away from this place.

      I took a much loved Victa mower for a service. Was happy enough to pay $180. But when I got it home it was still performing very poorly. I took it back a couple of days later and was accused of tampering with my mower and trying to fix it myself – clearly I didn’t do this after paying $180. It cost me well over $100 the second time. End result was it wouldn’t start at all, so I took it elsewhere. Just had the smallest spark and the second bloke said it was stuffed. So I bought a new one off him today. I’m now very happy supporting someone else.

      This clinic is excellent. Highly organised. Friendly and efficient reception staff and nurses. Our Dr Vivienne Ramsbottom is a first class medical professional. Her experience and knowledge has been a literal lifesaver for us. Dr Ramsbottom’s compassion helped us through the most tragic and difficult anguish of our lives and both my husband and myself honestly believe we would not be here today if not for her. We trust her completely. The clinic operated throughout 2021 and 2022 with maximum COVID protection and we felt comfortable at all times. We have at other times had consultations with other Drs in the Practice and they are all first class. We cannot imagine going elsewhere.

      There is a big sign that says “…after 6pm there is no bulk billing”. Now any logical person would read that and assume that before 6pm it’s bulk billed, but no it’s not and there are always out of pocket gaps. A bit deceptive considering it’s a publicly funded institution.

      Terrible receptionist on today named Michelle. Telling me I can’t have my appointment the Dr booked because I owe them money! She was very rude and abrupt, when I asked for her name turned to other lady on reception and continued to talk about me. Will be moving clinics and won’t be paying the outstanding bill as I’m a bulk billed patient. Suggest you get nicer receptionists if you want more patients. But of a joke, come in with High BP leave with higher BP from stress from a little receptionist on a power trip!

      Used to be a good clinic a couple of years ago. Has deteriorated badly lately. Hard to get an appointment inside 3 weeks. Even the first appointment of the day starts 25 minutes late. And then the physical examination of the complaint doesn’t happen. Hard to see how a GP can develop a thorough understanding of a condition without a visual or physical examination. Time to find somewhere else. The healthcare system in Warrnambool is badly broken currently. It works great until you are unwell.

      My elderly parents in their 80’s, who have been loyal customers for 30 years have been treated in the most appalling manner by the pharmacist. My sister went to pick up 3 scripts, they lost one and the pharmacist acknowledged that they had lost a script, but she would have to return to the doctor and get another one. Obviously, as this is expensive and at this time of year difficult to get an appointment, not to mention the inconvenience, it is very annoying. My sister was annoyed, but did nothing more than shrug her shoulders and leave the shop. When she went back to pick up scripts for my parents, they returned hers, and my parents un filled scripts and told that she was banned and so where all her family and not to come back.

      Used this pharmacy since July 2018, picking up my scripts weekly, and then changed to picking them up once a fortnight. I can count on one hand how many times I walked in there and they were able to get my script with no problems. Many times I walked out and had to come back or spent a lot of time whilst they tried to search everywhere for it.

      Since July 2018 I have never kept my own scripts, always being kept at the pharmacy.

      December 2019, they gave me double dosage of my medication, because they failed to tell me my script had ran out and for some reason, this pharmacy decided to use a old one they had. Which was no longer my prescribed dose. I didn’t realise until days later, thinking a pharmacy wouldn’t do something like this when medications can be so dangerous (luckily not for my case) but this was hard for me as I had suffered withdrawals the first time my original dose was lowered.

      November/December 2019, I finally got my scripts changed to be able to pick up once a month.

      2 weeks ago I walked in there to pick up my next months supply – already one day into having no medication. Only for them to tell me they no longer have my script. No apology, not even a slight bit of concern. So I walked out on a Thursday afternoon, as a single mother of multiply children with commitments I couldn’t change so I was unable to get to the doctors anytime soon for a new script – which the more days it went – the worse it got which lead to a major downwards spiral (2 different antidepressants)

      One stop shop for all your needs. Supermarket, Pizza, Gym, Public toilets and charcoal chicken. I love the night time staff very polite and professional. Great service. Bargain Woolworths prices on Tuesday. Plenty of Parking space. Hungry Jack’s across the road for cheap fast food drive in or takeaway.
