      The customer service at this store is appalling. Checkout operater was very rude to an elderly lady who was charged for nectarines she did not have in her shopping. The checkout operator basically treated the woman as a thief even though the lady emptied her bag and lo and behold…no nectarines.

      It’s ok, found it a little over priced using the self serve machines. The place needs a clean up as there was mud 2′ thick in all the bays when i turned up there to clean my car.       Great touchless style car wash. 3 to use at once. Also has bays for self wash, but I haven’t needed to use those, so can’t comment.

      I’ve never been stuck behind more than one other vehicle at a time, even when a machine was out for maintenance.

      I would rate closer to 4.5 stars and the reason it’s not 5 is because the jets don’t wash all the way to the bottom of my tyres. Would be fine if my wheels weren’t muddy.

      Another less important reason are the jets drip all the way along your car during the drying stage. However it is a drive through carwash and I’ll be more than happy to update to 5 stars if these were addressed.

      Still the best local car wash.

      Used the brushless car wash drive through…..What a waste of $15.
      My car was just dusty, no hard crusty dirt or mud.
      The back window is so dirty and the body isn’t any better.
      I’ll have to wash it again myself.
      I would expect a better job, very dissatisfied customer…I’ll never use it again.
      Upsetting too as they increased the price and all I got was a dirty car!

      Just used the “extreme car wash” cycle and I tell you it was a complete waste of money. There is still ground in dirt and residue, better off taking it to the old school car wash. Just wasted $18 and I have to wash it again myself!

      Best place to wash your car in the Rockingham area. Three manual wash bays and three automatic. Love the splatter wax and ceramic coat. Also uses warm water, which I haven’t seen anywhere else

      Very fancy compared to any I’ve ever been to coming from a small country town, even though it had a few cars lined up the two automatic wash stations made it fast enough, there WERE three but I think one was struggling to take payment – that – or the person just didn’t understand how to use the payment machine. The blow dry service during the $18 wash DID still drip quite a bit of water on my car but the effects were still effective blowing excess water away. Two different automatic wash options, $15 and $18 with the vacuums available and manual wash stations. Added dog wash, if I ever get a dog I’ll have to use that service too!Overall very pleased with my first visit.

      This car wash was reasonably priced, and easy to use. There was lots of signage to explain pricing etc as you uou waited in line. There was a bit of a line when we went, but it moved fairly swiftly. We downloaded their app which gave you a discount if you bought washes through the app. It was visually pleasing and easy to use. The people working there were friendly and helpful. We got a fairly basic package, but you could get packages with add ons like tyre washing etc. I would recommend this to friends who want a fully automatic car wash.

      Took my new car to this car wash on 28th February 2023 and received a little more than a car wash. Scratches all over my bonnet. Emailed straight after and then again 3 weeks later to follow up and still haven’t received a reply. extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend and would love someone to please contact me about fixing it.

      Facilities look modern, clean and new. Cheapest machine wash I’ve found so far; they advertise using the phrase ‘attended car wash’, meaning they manually spray down your car before it goes into the automated wash system. Overall not bad, as good and cheap as machine washes get.

      Paying $150 to have my car cleaned inside and out and me having to go home and clean the windows again because they were clearly dried with a dirty rag is extremely infuriating. Inside wasn’t done properly either. Absolute waste of money. Lovely people but the job done was definitely not worth the money I spent. Better off just doing it myself.

      Paid for the most expensive wash which failed to clean the car. All it did was wash the dust off leaving the dirt behind. Also it did not even dry the car. Will use the other car wash in the future.
      UPDATE: Returned to the car wash as requested and the owner was very helpfull and agreed to re-wash my car. This was undertaken with some difficult to remove road grime being manually washed off at no cost. I am very happy with the response and overall service received.

      Dog wash is dismal – water barely skin temperature in the middle of winter! The tub leaks, the seal is broken, been like that for months, ended up with a shoe full of water today. No conditioner again, complained last time and still hasn’t been filled. The floor is filthy, covered in dog hair and mud. Taking my business to KaBling or Vasse dog wash from now on. Owners obviously don’t do any maintenance but happy to take your $$$.

      Drop a wagon in the I’m lending. Said all I wanted the outside washed, the inside vacuumed but not on the boot area & the windows leaned inside & out.
      Car looked clean when I arrived, went manager & paid the $130 he quoted.
      Hopped in car & looked through the windscreen, only it didn’t look like it had been cleaned as asked. Backed the car out & once in the Sun light, the w-screen looked even worse, ask home for a rag & he jumped in saying what’s wrong. My wife pointed at the problem, so he wiped it down. On him getting out of the car, he noticed the driver’s window looked the same & wiped it as well. Once back home had a look over & none of the windows were done properly & the rest of the car was just ok. Not worthy the money paid, as he name the price for works asked.

      After being recommended by a mate, I’d thought I’d give them a go! They did not disappoint! After heavy off road action, driving through scrub and on the beach, my hilux was looking a little worse for wear, Given it is near new, Considering what I did to it, it is now close to show room condition! I absolutely will not be taking my car anywhere else at all! The boys went top to bottom and now it is looking nothing short of immaculate! Good work fellas! I’ll be telling everyone to go to you! Absolute champions at what you do! I’m very impressed!

I was very impressed with Busselton Hand Car Wash, great service, all the red dirt was gone, engine clean as and the car looked brand new again.
