      I found Kate Lawley, the best Real Estate agent I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold a lot of properties in my time. Kate took on a very challenging situation when she took me on as her client. She solved all my problems and made miracles happen. I found her real estate methods the best ways of dealing with issues. The first thing Kate said to me when I took her on as my Real Estate agent was “Trust Me” and I did, and I’m glad I did because she proved herself to be worthy of trusting her and she may miracles happen.       This is our first experience to deal with a property management agency as a homeowner. Since its our first property, I had a lot of queries regarding the renting process. Ervina has been a great property manager and she addressed my doubts. The communications have always been clear and the financial transactions have been transperant. Ervina, Nicole and the team have provided exceptional professional services. The issues and queries were resolved in a short period of time.

      While no system is perfect, as a renter I found the process of breaking a lease haphazard in lines of communications. One example (of a few); one of the staff members acting as assistant for a property manager said tenants has a choice on doing their own vacate clean or hire a professional. Once the p.manager came back, she said that she’ll get cleaner to do a ‘once over’, basically to check what I missed during the clean. It ended up being a costly endeavour with no sufficient proof on how long the ‘once over’ had taken. That is a poor excuse. She then recommended I take the complaint to the magistrates, which is basically a passive aggressive tactic as she guessed I wouldn’t be bothered to take it further. Over all, I’ll put this down as a poor experience in addition to other small things I noticed during the process that make me question the integrity of the business. I’ve given two stars as there were a couple of staff members who provided lasting impressions during my tenancy.

      The Sausage Rolls are absolutely DELICIOUS and will always order them, however…..

      ••AVOID•• the Honey Chicken for $9 Two if us tried it & it’s awful. The Chicken tasted funny and flavour was lacking. We ate one piece each out of the serving we got & spat it out into the bin.

      Ordered the $7 pho, takeaway. There was a conversation amongst the staff in Vietnamese that went along the lines of ‘Is she (me) real Viet…?’ which in hindsight should have prepared me for what I was about to receive but much to my absolute shock I received a takeaway container in which they’d dumped the contents of an instant noodle bowl pack with stock powder (which I could have gotten for $3.50 or so from the Asian fruit and veg shop across the way or even Woolworths), topped with a skimpy amount of old chopped coriander and a few slices of overcooked, flavourless boiled meat. The picture they use is certainly grounds to claim false advertising. If I didn’t laugh myself silly at this I would have been livid that a business had the gall to do this.

      Not happy at all, ordered a specific cake, paid good money and got the complete opposite colour to what was explained. May as well have said, just do what ever style you want.

      People just don’t listen or maybe don’t take notes, when something is explained thoroughly. Won’t be back here for another cake, it’s disappointing as it is for a special occasion.

      I have tried calling the store and the phone just rings out.

      Edit – Went into the store and they couldn’t care less, actually tried saying we got it wrong.. The first pic is what we received, second is what was explained and ordered, showed these exact photos and explained thoroughly.

      Absolutely shocking, will never go back and will never recommend.

      Couldn’t go past a cronut tower for a birthday celebration. The cronuts were light and crispy with a beautiful custard cream filling. Enjoyed them so much we went back the next day to try the pies and take home a loaf of bread. We tried chicken and leek pie and steak bacon and cheese. Beautiful crisp pastry and delicious flavours of both pies. We also picked up a rye sourdough loaf. Yum!! 5 stars to the team at Dusty Buns. See you next time we’re in Busselton!

      OMG, I had the best Lamb and Rosemary Pie and Vanilla Slice I’ve ever had. The pie was full of chunky lamb and veges and the pastry was flaky but didn’t fall apart when I ate it. My daughter and grand daughter ate most of the vanilla slice because it was soooo good. We love Dusty Buns. Definitely the best thing about Origins Markets in Busselton ??

      A must try if you’re visiting the origins market in Busselton. They have a great selection of fresh sweet and savoury pastries. The cronuts are amazing (my personal favourite is the creme brûlée cronut), it has beautiful texture and balance however, we had high hopes for the pies but found them a little underwhelming. A slight knock but otherwise would definitely recommend trying.

      I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had with Albalny catering. As a parent of tired and hungry kids, I rang ahead and they were incredibly accommodating to our needs. When we arrived, everything was perfectly ready for us, and the staff, particularly Ella, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

      The food was delicious and kid-friendly, and the service was top-notch. I have to commend Ella for her impeccable manners and outstanding customer service. It’s clear that Albalny takes pride in providing a fantastic experience for their guests.

      I enjoyed my Smashed Eggs Benedict. The presentation was lovely and I appreciated that the cafe was able to tend to my dietary requirements as well as my colleague’s. However, one of the orders from our table, specifically the ‘brekkie wrap’ was not completely warmed up properly as parts were hot and cold. I understand that this was possibly an innocent error. I wouldn’t mind going back but may look at other options first. Smashed Eggs Benedict was decent. Coffee was fairly good.

      Very disappointing. Read about the place so made a point of going. Sat down after being told waitress would come over. Didn’t happen. Gave a reminder. Four other people came in and orders taken and meal being prepared. It was reasonable early so place wasn’t jumping. My reviews are usually positive but this is poor. We left after I gave them a reason why.

      Reply to reply from owner. As mentioned, we were informed that a waitress would come and take our order. No mention was made re ordering at counter. Thanks.

      Beautiful setting, located in an old rustic building with a lovely outdoor space. Fairly quick service, however the 3 cheese omelette was lacking flavour. Coffee was pretty good though.

      It is the first cafe we tried in Geraldton city and it really impressed us. We had breakfast and all the dishes were up to the mark. The atmosphere was very relaxing and vibrant as well. We Enjoyed it totally and will return for more.

      Took the family out over the Christmas break and the service was like most places that was busy. Ordered breakfast and coffees. Water came out first, then the food. Halfway through the food the glasses arrived for the water half way through the meal and as we finished our last bite the coffees arrived. Meal was tasty and good size. I would recommend slicing the sourdough toast into half its thickness or get sharper knives. Good value for money.
