I highly recommend them!a week agoDishonest and rude. I was quoted a price to assemble my bike, however when my bike arrived at the store straight from the manufacturer they informed me they would only put it together for double the price. The owner was very chauvinistic and mocked me to other male customers shopping in store during our conversation as a form of intimidation. Be very weary with these guys. Highly recommend this group!!6 months agoI went to Freedom machine while on holidays with the idea of maybe upgrading my road bike to something a little different from the rest of the bikes in my local bunch. Liam introduced me to their Eddie Merckx offerings and was super helpful in organising a custom set up and transport to Victoria. He was quick to respond to any follow on questions I had during the build and kept me in the loop with freight tracking. Thanks Liam and the team – super happy with final result and can’t wait to take it racing.
