3 months agoThis is a not trusty bike shop, it seems that they support riders, however they do not, they only care about the money that they get! I had a really bad experience. I was new in the city, and I bought a bicycle, because it’s important to me to have one, and I said, can I give it back to you next week? Because I did not know if I was going to get a job somewhere else… I was looking for it, I got a job in Tauranga, and I came to give it back the bike, but the guy, Steve, that before said that I could give it back the bicycle, when I came back, he did not want to give a full refund, and even worse, only 30% of the value, if it was 80% it would be okay, but no! For me, that’s a no words place! Do not go there!3 years agoAmazing place, the guys there are awesome. I took my bike in for repair, the guy quickly diagnosed the issue, turns out it was a quick fix and the guy did it there and then for next to nothing! I will definitely be going back again for all of my biking needs. Honest guys who aren’t out to rip you off!
