a year agoI have been using this pharmacy for a few months now and have been happy about their service so far. They have some great specials on non prescription items and cosmetics. They’ve always been a great place to shop for all beauty and bathroom necessities. Being able to get scripts filled too just raises the benchmark even higher.2 years agoExcellent customer service. Almost Christmas but when I rang requesting a specific item the person that answered the phone obligingly went online and checked availability. Not something they usually stocked but organised it to be in store with the next order. When I went in to the shop to collect the girls hadn’t had time to unpack the orders. Instead of suggesting I came back later they bought the delivered boxes through and proceeded to look for my item.Naturally, the last box! I appreciated their cheerful “we’ll do it right now” attitude. They made my day! 4 weeks agoEvery time I come to Mildura my lips get sunburnt/wind burnt and they hurt and sting and go red and crusty. I decided to go to this chemist warehouse and ask for any recommendations that could save my lips. The lady was amazing!! Had beautiful customer service and showed me what products would work best for my needs. Even mentioned a lip scrub however I just stuck with the Burt’s and bees lip balm and an overnight lip mask that was suggested. They were both in my affordable range too!! I religiously used both products together and before you knew it my lips have looked the healthiest they have ever been! Thank you Mildura chemist warehouse!5 months agoHorrible customer service and a long waiting time just for them to refuse to sell me eyedrops because I didn’t have a prescription. I have bought these axact drops time and time again for the same problem. I ended up going to another Chemist Warehouse where they could actually help me they were able to help me straight away no long waiting no bullkrap. This store has definitely lost a customer. ??2 months agoStaff are freindly, Service is great and they are always willing to help where they can. They would have received 5 ⭐’s, but I deducted a star because in the dispensary, I had an unfortunate experience with the pharmacist on duty. I must have annoyed them when I told them I was going to quickly check that all the item’s were present and correct as per my preferred brands. Her response when I was finished and signed the prescriptions so she could get back to other duties was a little perplexing, she passed (threw) the items at me with such force they scattered all over the counter. Since that day I only go here for the fantastic prices on all the great products they sell, I don’t get prescriptions filled here anymore. As I stated above the regular sales staff are brilliant and courteous every time I shop here. Chemist Warehouse truly can’t be beaten on price in this rural location.2 years agoDISCRIMINATION Refused entry to shop for goods because I have a medical condition. We have had 0 cases here for 6 months, everyone is healthy but you won’t let us in with a lawful medical exemption! Shame on you!
