a month agoUpdate; Received a message from the new manager apologising and advising Pizza Hut is now under new management. He said we had a complimentary lunch or dinner whenever we want it. Tonight the manager personally delivered the same order as last time but also with an additional pizza at no extra cost. The order was made and at our door in under half an hour, the food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding! Massive turn around in short time, well done and thank you new manager! We will certainly be back again!Original review: Waited over an hour for our delivery and finally got a call from the delivery drivers wife to say they are unable to find our address. It’s now 1.40 minutes later on a school night and I have unfed children not in bed. Not happy at all Do not go here it’s a waste of money *update* Upon arrival the delivery driver was smirking and taking the piss out of us. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve seen first hand. The food was disgusting. Stail cold and not edible. Nobody contacted me after this either. These people need to be shut down.

Thank youa month agoDont pay with cash they will charge you more, I was told they wont price match the same online offers off their own website if paying with cash in store, I was told I can order and pay online and wait or go elsewhere if I didnt like it, hence to say another company got my $60 order, we found the manger rude and aggressive we wont be going back, last time I checked cash is legal tender and why should people be charged more if paying with cash for the same itemsa month agoDont usually go to Pizza Hut but was pleasantly surprised with the taste and toppings.
