a week agoI am shocked by the service. Not sure what to make of it. I was told on Saturday by one attendant to come bank Monday to get my daughter’s ears pierced and that I did not need to do any bookings, just walk in and get it done.Well, i went there today Monday with my daughter and guess what they didnt want to do it. One attendant said it was appointment only and they were all booked till next week. And I should go to the Central to have it done. The other lady told me that the person who does the piercing called in sick and will not be in for a week and so they cann’t do it.
It is obvious they are lying. And yes I will get it done elsewhere, not because you said so, but because I dont want to do business with you.
Its a shame, this is what UFS has turned into.

Greet you with a smile. Excellent service from the counter staff. The pharmacists give excellent professional advice, explain if you have a new script, any side effects, they also print you a 1 page summary on your new medication. They are happy to answer any questions you may have.
