  I don’t know where does this policy comes from. Prepaid 60 dollars and they guaranteed that they will charge the final price according to my petrol deal, but the two indian staff were such big liars. They cheated me. After I got the petrol they told me I can not use my deal after 8 pm and they lied on me that the system is not working and they charged me the full price and said it is the same case for all stores in Australia. Then I went 711 Worongary, the stuff their said they don’t have such policy and they have no right to do this. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!

  Rude Indian man wouldn’t let me pay for my gas with a gift card that was sent to me by 7-Eleven. It says on the card that I can redeem it at ANY 7-Eleven store but cashier has to activate it. He refused to and said I can only redeem it where I brought it from !. LIAR !! Don’t trust him . Never will I ever return and I will tell everyone don’t get gas from this place . He is a scam artist.

  Disgusting place absolutely terrible, terrible customer service from Indian man all of them are a bunch of liars not allowing us to use our 7/Eleven gift card here saying they can’t activate it , saying they don’t accept it.

  So i went to our local 7/eleven store and surprise surprise we were able to use it no questions asked said this gift card can be used at any 7/eleven store and so we told them the situation and they couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional they were and encouraged us to contact 7/eleven and make a complaint. Which we will be doing today.

  I had a free coffee voucher and asked at counter to use with my fuel but an Indian man at counter, K.K. , said he used it. I had been changed for a free coffee and laid to me. I was rushing to go to the airport and did not have time to argue with him.

  I called him and told him why I was changed for a free coffee but he refused and I still have evidence of it.

  K.K. running million $ business in GC but honesty is zero. I would highly recommend that don’t trust on this store employee as well as owner. They are cheaters, layers, doggy and very rude customer service.

  Never trust any Indian whose are working in this store and I would never go back as well as MUST CHEK RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

  Twice now I have been refused cash out by 2 different Indian staff members and this has not happened to me at any other 7/11, this is not allowed to 7/11 rules. Either way you lost a sale because you refused cash out.
