a week agoThis is a department store similar to Ross and Burlington. They generally sell wears of different big brands at far cheaper than the prices sold by the Brand owners. It’s a good shop to pick up branded clothings and shoes at very great prices.7 months agoPicked these babies up for 34.99. Very clean very friendly staff. Dressings rooms were spotless! Peak time is around 12 so it was pretty busy. Tons of help from the staff on the floor. I will be returning to this location soon.a year agoThe store I well maintained and always clean. There is a good selection of natural hair care products and skin creams. There isn’t a large plus size selection. I’m general there is 1 rack with all the clothes that are 14+ and up and the clothes never appeal to me. I like the household section and home organization products. Overall it’s a good location with a broad selection.3 weeks agoPlace is clean and has decent variety. Good parking. We had a bad experience with cashier HELEN, she is awfully rude. We wanted to make sure the price for a certain piece of jewelry was right, and she proceeded to treat us like we were thieves. She ripped the sale label in plain view and without even addressing our question.3 months agoVery nice customer service I recommend to go if you want to find a great deal and I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or magic but I always find Birkenstocks

a month agoI visit this store every now and then because I work nearby and always need new tops/blouses. I usually carry a backpack with my laptop inside, and that might be why sometimes I feel like security is watching me and even following me around. They usually put new things at the front of the store to the right, making it crowded. Twice I’ve noticed staff go there right after me. Like they’re checking on me. I understand they want to showcase new arrivals at the front window, but it’s creating an uncomfortable situation for the customer while the back of the store has a lot of space.a month agoRude staff. Kindly asked to try something on upstairs and told the woman I was going to take the clothes I’ve tried downstairs with me afterwards. She dismissed me and the only thing she said was “downstairs.” I said my family is here, she goes “they can also go downstairs.” Very rude attitude when I was being kind. Left the stuff and won’t be returning back.3 months agoMarshalls in general has great stuff, but this location is sub-par. It’s uncomfortably hot in the store, to the point where I felt like I was going to pass out. The inventory is disorganized, the cashier was rude to me and they will give you attitude for making a return even if you have the receipt.a month agoMy only complaint is that Johnny just starts selling umbrellas. Because I need to one today. And you didn’t have any.9 months agoThe most organized and well-stocked Marshall’s I’ve ever shopped at. This location opened in 2014 and is one of the few businesses to survive the COVIDpocalypse that took down the entire Chevy Chase Pavilion as well as Saks Fifth Avenue across the street + the Galleria Mazza. It was a bloodbath but I guess Marshall’s survived thanks to it’s stellar customer service, well stocked aisles, management and friendly associates..
