a week agoAbsolutely worst service beyond belief… staff at the print shop are rude, slow and not understanding. We have complained to the manager after the terrible service. The photos we print were sitting in front of us in the printer but the staff refused to hand it to us knowing we are in rush to go to airport… not recommended..a month ago1. They never answer their phone. 2. They don’t really tend to customers that well. 3. I recently ordered a click collect, went in to the store, they told me to go out to the side and rig buzzer to pick up order. But no one answered after 10min of trying I had to leave as I have 7 kids in the car. I did also try calling to get service out the back. But no answer. Then got a text asking how my click and collect went. DCa year agoStopped by to check out the printers and stationery items. Good range of ink tank printers. Friendly service. No hassle transaction.2 months agoMassive thanks to Callum in the print shop who quickly and happily took on manipulating a complex document for printing when I reached my technological limit. 5 minutes in his day but made a huge difference in mine.6 months agoExtremely dissatisfied with the service and utterly dubious return policy. I was explicitly assured, at the time of purchasing a substantial item, about their purportedly effortless two-year policy for addressing any problems. However, this has proven to be nothing but a fallacy, as it appears that any fault or damage is automatically blamed on the customer.I strongly advise conducting thorough research on alternative stores prior to making any purchases, unless it involves stationary.
