We’ve dined at this location a few times and they are generally good.
However, for this particular experience, the food was slightly below standards – The burger buns were a little bit stale and the Ceasar salad was a bit flat and came with a pickle (which presumably was accidental). In fairness, it was ANZAC day*, so they were a little busy and the buns/ingredients were probably not the freshest.
Service was friendly and very good, as per all visits to date.

Grill’d at Norwood is a great and proximal place to have a nice bite! I’ve found this particular location is consistent with their quality and always has friendly, welcoming staff. The chips are crunchy and sufficiently seasoned, the spicy mayo is sweet and tangy, and the chicken burgers are crunchy, flavoursome and a perfect balance of ingredients. Make sure you download their app and claim your rewards (free drink if you’re a student)! Will always be my favourite local burger joint – their burgers always feel more genuine and clean.

With great confidence I can say that these people are offering the best burgers out there!
The ordering system was easy and quick. The staff was friendly, and of course Wagyu steak was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic.
The buns were good quality including the ingredients in the burger.
Sweet potato chips were done well.
The only thing was their dairy free cheese, which didn’t have much taste and wasn’t melted at all. I would recommend to improve that part.

Burgers are rather dry, and grilled chicken meat is tasteless instead.
The sweet potato chips are nice.
Their menu is labelled with each food’s calories, so you know which one to choose if you are concerned about your calorie intake.
Whether it’s a healthier choice of burger or not, it’s very subjective and up to your choice.
Taste-wise, I would definitely say that it does not meet expectations.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Grill’d, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. The burger I ordered was a complete letdown. It was as if they had mistaken their burger for a sandwich, with an absurdly disproportionate amount of bread compared to the pitiful filling inside. The dry, lackluster bread did nothing to salvage the already lackluster situation.
And let’s talk about the price – I’d expect to pay a premium for a high-quality burger, but what I got was a far cry from that. The exorbitant price I paid for that subpar excuse of a burger was simply unjustifiable.
To add insult to injury, even after ordering a shared platter of chips, I left the place feeling far from satisfied. The meager portions and disappointing quality left me questioning why I even bothered stepping foot into Grill’d in the first place.
In conclusion, if you’re in the mood for a filling and satisfying burger experience, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Grill’d. There are far better options out there that won’t leave your wallet empty and your taste buds unsatisfied.

Usually enjoy a good burger at Grill’d but this time it was a bit of miss with the bun too dry and hard on top. I also forgot to ask not to put herb on the fries. But at least there weren’t too much salt.
This Grill’d has a big indoor room. It seems to have a lot more seating capacity than the other locations in Canberra.
Friendly service.
Street parking can be tricky during lunch time. The underground car park at the nearby Coles could be an option.

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I had recently injured myself and was unable to walk properly but staff were nice enough to even open the door for me.
Food was quick and delicious. The small human with me has a gluten allergy and they were super accommodating for that as well. It was a little loud despite the lack of people so hearing was very tricky but we eventually got out orders in.

Wow was very impressed, was expecting an average burger experience but was pleasantly surprised. I had a mini selection of three burgers ( great idea ) and they where so tasty and fresh all distinct from each other in there flavours .
I paired that with a trio of chips platter each with there own individual dipping sauces , they were very fresh and the zucchini chips were particularly tasty
My server was very pleasant and had a lovely attitude and was very attentive without being over bearing.
Very professional approach to this whole experience and I shall return again soon.

Just ordered a Wagyu burger here. Colombian driver was very friendly. I eat a lot of burgers but this one was legendary. Really excellent meat, great sauce balance and overall a strong and excellent flavor. One of the best burgers I had in years.
Chips were very nicely spiced, tad heavy on the salt but great mix especially with the herb mayo.

Been going here since it opened, but after today, I’m going to find another “Gourmet” burger shop. Little stale chip pieces, thin over cooked chicken (1/2 usual thickness) and dry “onion” rings (half of which had no actual onion). It’s clear to Me that either the restaurant changed hands, or they have just got too greedy for their own good. So long Grilled Mt Lawley, even My local Lunch Bar makes a better burger for far less costs. It’s been fun.

Grill’d is always delicious. I always get the Simon Says chicken burger and sweet potato chips. These burgers are amazing and the chips have the best seasoning and are always big. We usually do take out but the vibes at grill’d are always so great. I love how it’s decorated. Staff are also super friendly and hard-working.

After having a bubble tea experience at Gong Cha in Rundle Mall, I had to come back to this website and just say how great the product and service was, it really made me appreciate this company.
I ordered online through Hungry Panda and drinks arrived within 30min fresh and delicious, thanks for great service and product! Will definitely be ordering here again. I absolutely loved the Chocolate Milk Tea with cream mousse. No photos sorry was too busy drinking to take a pic.

Not my type of bubble tea store. The service I received was average and the taste was average compared to the other bubble tea stores nearby. Tried a couple of their products. Some were good and some were bad. Sometimes the milk tea tasted like bitter melon. I don’t know why. Its not the bitter taste that the tea gives me taste bad. I understand sometimes bubble tea taste a bit bitter, but I was served a bubble tea that only had the taste of bitter, no sweetness. The after taste on my tongue was dreadful. It felt like drinking the war head candy powder in water and drinking it. The tea flavour is very mild and covered the flavour of the other ingridients. My pearls also tasted bad compared to the other bubble tea stores nearby. Then there are the flavoured drink that taste too sweet. For example all their flavoured teas taste just sugary and artificial to the point where some drinks doesn’t really taste like their supposed flavours.
The service was alright and could be a bit slow especially in the busy hours. It took me 15 minutes for my order to be completed because there were little staff.

Visited at 10.33pm on a Monday night. Aircon was off so a bit humid in store. Drink was good, music, and there weren’t many people so good place to chill and chat. Friendly staff. Table and seating was average in comfort.
