      WOW! Working in customer service over 25yrs I have never seen such STUPIDITY. These staff need to be sacked, pls continue to read…. After my wife and I spent time chatting and laughing with SA great Mark Aiston, all 3 were bemused by a young fells walking out the Otr attempting to light his ? smoke. Next min…..he walks up 2 the staff window, the staff member HANDS HIM A LIGHTER…ALLOWS HIM TO LIGHT HIS CIGARETTE, hand the light back thru the windiw to which the operator put back on its stand and allowed this grub to walk through SMOKING whilst others are filling up there cars!!!! WHAT HUH WHO HUH ?? ALL 3 of us say something to staff and what’s he do????? Says nothing…..wobbles his Indian head!!!! Seriously OTR stop employing these indian idiots with no common sence

      I’ll start with this. We could have all been killed here last night. We were standing outside chatting when a young guy barely out of nappies ask us if we have a lighter to which we said no. After he walked away it dawned on us that this idiot wanted to light up a cigarette IN a service station. Now here’s the good part. Next thing he does is goes to the service window where we saw the attendant lend a lighter We had to look twice but it’s definitely what we saw. And this idiot (for want of a better word) then proceeded out through where the bowsers are with a lit cigarette. When we challenged him his reply was he’s a mechanic and knows what goes off n what doesn’t! I have never seen such an act of stupidity and negligence in my entire life. This need to be addressed!!!!!

      Staff always say the subway is closed at night. Even though it meant to be 24/7. No subway staff wants to work here in this store. OTR staff are trying to help you with subway. It’s better to find an alternative than wasting your time coming to this store.

      This is clean and quick OTR outlet. You can get all range of stuff to go quickly after pumping fuel. You can buy a sub from subway or some coeffee. Also you can buy SA lotteries. This OTR outlet contains flowers as well. The staff is also helpful.

      I love the idea that you can pay in an app, makes life a bit easier for introverts. But it’s got a great variety of options in-store and has most of your essentials sorted.

      Now I saw $3 and $5 hot-dogs, and I couldn’t turn it down, I mean, what can you expect from a service station hot dog at that price? But it was surprisingly good! Could definitely seeing myself smashing one at 3am.

      Open 24/7 – they never close.

      Love the OTR app and all the offers/ savings.

      The site looks amazing. Specially built truck refuelling area. Great coffee, breakfast options, and hot food cooked to order. Hot doggs, milk shakes & thick shakes. Drive thru service 24/7. Never run out, never close. Lovely team members.

      Went in for a quick coffee today. Sibo and the girls were so welcoming. The store looked fantastic. Extremely clean and full of stock. They also have great food & beverage offers. Will definitely return for more supplies. Great store, fantastic team & service.

      Open 24/7 with competitive prices, fresh juice and large hot dogs for a great price. The app offers special deals that change and allows you to pay for your petrol via PayPal. My only downside is, once you have the app open and it tells you to put your phone away whilst you fill up- I have noticed that if the screen goes black or you navigate away from that screen, the pay feature via app does not work. Other than that, this is a new, well priced adversary to other petrol stations in the area.

      Slowest service you will get in a petrol station. There’s like three staff at a time and none look enthusiastic to serve for a brand new store. Try ordering a hot dog in store! Makes me wonder about the other reviews!

      Staff & the OTR App need to be more clear with Milk Options for Coffee Orders. 4 separate occasions (app & in-person) they use Full-Cream Milk when I specifically say “oat” or “almond”.

      I can’t do full cream due to health reasons… I’m getting a bit over it.

      As a positive, OTR do make great Coffee for a Servo…
