6 months agoMaya and Rosie are amazing employees of BP,I went there to get some coffee and was having trouble setting up BP Mobile app,They showed exceptional patience almost as if they were tech support ?and helped me set up the bp. Definitely they both will excel in whatever they do in future with that exceptional empathy and helpful attitude.
3 years agoWell I read the reviews but needed fuel and this place was nearest. What can I say that hasn’t already been said. The staff are unbelievably rude. The old dear with the specs should get the boot and never be allowed near customers again. Totally bereft of any ability to even manage basic pleasantries. Horrible experience. Avoid this place if you don’t want to leave full of hatred for humanity.5 months agoFriendly BP franchise, not too busy and convenient location, easy entry and exit and generally no crowds.a year agoWent there many times but shift staff don’t know nothing about making coffee….better to do induction or training about making coffee…..voz it’s not free ….costing us money …a year agoThe Indian staff tried to overcharge me as an excuse for stopping once in the middle of adding oil. As a result, the employee apologized, but it was not a proper apology.
