The automatic and manual car wash is very good and leaves your car clean and shiny. The only downside of this place is that the air drier on site (cost $1) is barely effective, better to just drive your car to dry it. Still recommend this place though.
I booked in with Ram after my friend and Mum recommended him. My car was absolutely filthy and Ram and his team had it looking brand new! I wasn’t expecting it to come up as clean as it did – I will definitely be back!

Exceptional car detailing by Ram! Thank you!!! This was a true detailing where every element inside and out of the car was cleaned, polished etc and a lot of it by hand. I’d sold this car and wanted to detail it before giving to the new owner. I was super nervous about spending $400+ and being disappointed as I’m very fussy and clean my car regularly myself. My husband even called Ram and explained how particular I am and that of it wasn’t up to my standards I would complain. Ram was unfazed, very kind and easy to talk with. He asked me to show him everything I was concerned about.
I was recommended here by Anderson’s detailing, and im 100% happy with the outcome and the price of 390 was great value. My advice for other customers is to tell the detailed exactly what level of cleaning you expect, show all the little areas in the car that need extra attention and so on.

Put Simply – Ram is a Magician, this man and his team did the most phenomenal job on this car. As a new pre-loved purchase that urgently need a deep clean to remove smoke odour and stains… He shampooed the whole interior of the car including the roof to remove odours and staining.
He brought yellowed hazed headlights to clear bright like new headlights, and fixed stone chips and a couple of scratches also.
What a beautiful and respectful soul, and his team are phenomenal.
All our vehicles are now lined up for regular appointments.

Had a bit of a disaster with a 2L carton of milk being left on the front seat of my car overnight, realised the following morning that it had exploded.
Purchased the diamond package ($300) as also needed the outside of the car detailed, but Ram realised that in order to clean the car thoroughly and protect the inner electrics of the car (and prevent further costs down the track from the electrics failing after chemicals being used inside the car that would be necessary to facilitate a proper clean), that the seats would need to be removed (ended up costing an extra $150). The price for a pretty disastrous situation and the amount of effort required on the car is extremely fair, and it’s very clear that Ram takes great pride in what he does, and has great customer service skills. The long thread of very positive reviews he has on Google (which is how I found him) are very well earned. I would recommend his service to anyone. Thank you again.

Went into Liquorland to stock up on beers and prior to entry there was a policeman outside who requested my ID. No problem as I’m aware of the laws etc in the NT. I proceeded to buy my beers and was shouted at to re produce my ID by what I believed to be the manager. No sooner had I said that the policeman had requested it I was informed that it’s not the policeman’s name on the license. The girl who was also serving was apologetic about this prats attitude. I left him with a few words of wisdom, these being civility costs nothing. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

my car at the car wash at 214 Brisbane Road, Arundel, to be honest, I wish I hadn’t done this, it was a complete disappointment that the car was washed with dirty rags, very casually and carefree, there were completely untouched places with traces of dust and dirt. After my remarks, the response from the workers was rude and unprofessional “if we washed all the cars properly, we would not have time to service a large number of cars”
“We wash exactly as much as you paid for !!!” Despite the fact that the full amount was paid according to the price list.
The worker with whom I had a conversation behaved irritably and disrespectfully and refused to comply with my request to wash my car with high quality and refused to return at least partially the money for a job not done well.
After such a service, I personally had to wash the car again.
And in conclusion I want to say:

• Wash crew manners are rude and unprofessional
• Waste of time and money
• Spoiled Sunday mood

Food: What to say about a Cafe that’s sole purpose is to keep you busy as your car is cleaned. It does just that (keep you busy) and nothing else.
Service: The service of this place have no soul (both cafe and carwash)
Location: If there’s one thing that’s right about this place, it is its location and the concept that you can eat while waiting for your car to be cleaned however they DO NOT live up to expectations.
Cost: Food was mediocre for the price.
Tip: Don’t waste your time. Just cook your husband a good breakfast and have him do the car wash at home.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are lucky that they even got 1 star.
Unfriendly service.
They didn’t hand wash the car properly, they didn’t clean the roof, I don’t know what they put on my tyres but the residue is thick and greasy, it’s on every tyre. They left mud in the wheel arches.
Never going back, total waste of money!

I wish I had read the previous reviews prior to dropping my car at Baystar Express. I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I arrived, which wouldn’t have bothered me if my car was not CONSIDERABLY damaged. I noticed as soon as I drove away that the windows and rear spare wheel cover had been scratched and returned immediately to discuss with the staff. Of course the staff denied any fault (VERY rudely) and told me that as my car had other scratches and was dusty when I dropped it off that the scratches were ‘obviously’ already there. Choosing the cheaper car detailing company will result in costing me thousands to repair (new windows and a new panel on a 4WD) and considerable time with consumer affairs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Came in to get interior of car cleaned and admit it was very grassy. Wanted to charge me $150 just for interior vacuum. So I Went to Hoppys the competition and they quoted $50. They left, I asked for a packet of cheapest cigarettes and she basically grunted at me and said on there, pointing at prices and suggested one. I said something pleasant, and asked long day? She says it not that, I dont like people like that, I said like what, well this time of year she said. She wasn’t making a lot of sense but she was super rude. I suggested she get out of retail if she doesn’t like people and told her to have a good night. She should learn rudeness is not a good trait for a awesome clerk. They and I were not rude until she was.

After work* (I am back caring ?? this time for an elderly people!!) I pop into Foodworks on the corner of Shakespeare and Goldsmith St.’s for a lovely cappuccino ☕made by Megan* or other nice ladies serving at the shop. All is done of course with a ‘social distancing’, etc.I enjoy it and it helps the business to survive as well!!???
