Goodyear were able to accommodate a last minute booking and had us back on the road within 2 hours. We felt very looked after, and our new tyres and wheel alignment were fairly priced. Thought I&#8217;d share my story.<\/p>\n<p>Booked in for a wheel alignment, was told that it was done and I could pick it up, then only AFTER charging my card for the full amount did they tell me that actually they weren&#8217;t able to perform the alignment.<\/p>\n<p>I was told as the suspension bushings were too worn and was returned the car in a worse alignment than I brought it in, but could pay to get it repaired and then pay again for the alignment. After bringing it to different mechanic for a second opinion, they confirmed that the bushings were fine, it did not need that work, and Goodyear were not being honest.<\/p>\n<p>After asking to speak with someone about charging the full fee before telling me that the job wasn&#8217;t done, I was told that the manager had gone home but was promised they would ring me first thing Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p>They never called me back as promised.
