Order was ready the next day. I had to go in to this branch as it was the closest I could get to ASAP despite all the 1 star reviews. Went after 8pm. I went to the click &amp; collect pick up area but no one attended (it\u2019s also behind a pole and staff can\u2019t really see you?) so I joined the line and collected from the counter, which I didn\u2019t mind. Staff that helped me got my order and I was out within 5mins. So I didn\u2019t have a bad experience per say, but staff could look a little more welcoming.<\/p>\n<p>2 stars because of the product\/quality, one poster printed with a white border despite me filling the whole template pass the dotted border (probably depends on the skill of the person printing the job) and also the colours was a different colour than my design. But then, this older lady who works there shows up for her shift in a huff, \u201cI\u2019m already at my wits end today\u201d and was like yelling-complaining for the entire 30 minutes I was standing there.<\/p>\n<p>So I get to the front finally, and I\u2019m just needing to pick up an order, but there was some things that i wanted cut out so I asked her how much to get them cut? And she was like \u2018ugh are you serious\u2019 and then turns around to the other lady and tells her and she goes \u2018what the hell that wasn\u2019t on the order\u2019, and I was like yes I know, I\u2019m literally ASKING how much to do it? And I wanted it so I was like yes please do that, and she went on about how hard this would be for her and that she will make me wait to pick it up until the very last minute the next day because of how hard it is &#8211; and I\u2019m thinking like bro, how hard is it to cut some things out?? The young girl that served me was very helpful, patient and kind, however the reason for this review is due to an older lady in charge of printing.<\/p>\n<p>This older lady was extremely rude. She saw that I was back again with the same printing&#8230;saying &#8220;not this again&#8221; and rolled her eyes&#8230;right in front of me. This lady needs to work on her customer service. The experience level of the staff can range from expert to total noob. Printing lines can be a long wait depending on the time of day and whoever decided to scan and print a entire book ? Printing a poster exactly how you want can be very frustrating without some knowledge of computer graphics. At the end of the day it is my local Officeworks and I appreciate the products and deals that are available there.
