Michelle was super lovely managing to fit me in with the lovely Sammy. They were just amazing from the moment I got there. I don\u2019t go to a hair salon very often but I had the best day and was super happy with the transformation. They explain every step and made me feel so special and confident. Sammy was so lovely to chat to throughout the day and they have a very special team, what an awesome salon. I am not one to leave reviews but the way this situation was handled &amp; how I have been spoken to is super unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a toner which I attended and this was my first time (they require a $100 deposit) which is fine. At the end of my appointment I wanted to look at booking to get colour done and asked for a price to see if it was something I can afford at this time, but then was advised to &#8220;book online first &amp; then send photos of my current hair state&#8221;. The girls always put in 110% when it comes to creating a desired hair colour or look. I\u2019ve been getting my hair done here since as long as I can remember, and every time I\u2019ve left the salon I feel like a brand new woman! They truly have the artistry to turn your hair from A to B. Most importantly, they always make you feel welcome and educate you about your hair and the products etc&#8230;which i feel is so important. Maxi and the team have always provided me with so much self confidence when I walk straight out of the salon. I cannot and would not recommend anyone else!\nPs. After being told they couldn\u2019t get the colour I wanted, despite having it done in many previous visits, I was told the girl who originally did my hair had moved interstate and I was told I\u2019m more than welcome to  get on a plane as they were sure she could do my hair .\nThis was mentioned to me a number of times when they had a client near by .\nI\u2019ve never felt so uncomfortable and intimated in a environment .\nWhen I requested my deposit back, I had to message some phone number, and then follow up after a week to receive my money back. After being a client for over 2 years, being treated incredibly rudely is extremely distressing.<\/p>\n<p>Being a \u2018popular\u2019 salon does not mean treating people rudely is ok. She sat with me &amp; discussed my goals for my hair &amp; explained processes in an easy to understand manner &amp; didn&#8217;t make me feel silly. I left the salon today from just a consultation feeling so confident &amp; excited to attend my first colour appointment in a few weeks time with the correct products for my hair type too!
