Five hours old MacDonalds in my car to return it later , not to mention drive back after I\u2019m already on my way to work, i\u2019m so unsatisfied with this response , I\u2019d rather starve then come to the store again. I even offered to show them a photo and also my bank statements since they never hand out receipts. The staff were rudely shouting back at customers. I\u2019ve never seen unprofessionalism like this before. I asked for a refund which I was honoured as I realised I would not be getting my food any time soon\u2026others then doing the same. I tried to draw the attention of the employee who works there, but she ignored me and turned around and walked while I&#8217;m  still talking and did not answer anything. There are mistakes every time I order food from this branch. This will be the last time for me.
