They explain what your child is about to do and why and spend time with each and every child. All the teachers are fantastic. Michelle and Brian are also great. Our children have advanced so much since swimming there and they look forward to it every week. Didn\u2019t do this to anyone else, I had no hatred or bad history of the guy and he hated my guts.\nAlso, something about \u2018only paying customers can use the change rooms\u2019? We paid! I figure they\u2019re just to lazy to clean it. My whole class was somewhat miserable after the trip and was not worth the $60 fee.\nThey make fake promises to get kids\u2019 hopes up; my friend overheard her instructor talking REALLY loud (so she could her them) about some bs like \u2018we\u2019ll move her up a group\u2019. They moved her DOWN a group.\nIf -20 stars were an option i\u2019d have clicked it. Please, for the love of all things good DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN THERE.
