Picked up a parcel and entire process was less than a couple of minutes. I am constantly chasing deliveries to ensure the deadline gets met. When I call the help desk, they are helpful and solution-oriented. Yes, you get the occasional unhelpful personnel, which I had someone yesterday which shouldn\u2019t be in customer service assist me. But 9\/10 times, you get someone who calls drivers, emails depots and reports back as soon as they have info! Excellent service, guys. Keep up the good work \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Sadly the above review was from four months prior. New review below-<\/p>\n<p>I imported into Adelaide for the first time ever for an event. I had been given the run around multiple times only for my goods to be held in customs. I was told to wait 3 days. I did. Then I called and called and called again and finally, someone told me it was with border patrol and there was nothing they could do and it could take up to 3 weeks. Firstly, I lost very precious time that I could have used to find a better solution. Second I don&#8217;t not believe they even tried to assist. The computer said no and that&#8217;s it. Tried to call border patrol myself, but they will only go through a carrier! Also, one of the 5 parcels got through clearance and they can&#8217;t locate it. What a joke!<\/p>\n<p>D H L are back to their old ways, bad service and unhelpful and in this case aggressively unhelpful people, particularly in Adelaide. It [DHL] always asks customers to provide it with a copy of passport or diver&#8217;s license when no others do.
