The building was modern, accessible and conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk from home. The three person interview panel were all personable, knowledgeable and welcoming people the interview went reasonably well. Post-interview due diligence revealed, among other things, that the parent company, Jacobs Engineering Services, underwent an extensive, culture-focussed transformation in recent years. I love how the new pitch &#8220;Challenging today. Reinventing tomorrow&#8221; and new &#8216;J&#8217; logo design reflect the business&#8217; pivot to collaborative problem solving, innovative solutions and emphasis on investing in culture and their people to deliver better, more sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders in the future. Diverse, agile, creative and bold &#8211; Jacobs is a business that is going places and I am exceedingly keen to be a part of it. I haven&#8217;t heard anything since my interview, but I am quietly confident.
