Rushed process, didn\u2019t ask me for one of the most basic pieces of information when taking my case. Turned out that I received a 2 year suspension instead of a 9 month suspension. Had she identified this detail it would have turned out different. Either she didn\u2019t know the law or is too young or inexperienced.
