If you like hunting for shells, this is probably not your kind of beach. But it is perfect for laying out and catching some rays, or wading close to shore. A lifeguard is on duty, but you have to stay fairly close to their station. I heard this was New Zealand&#8217;s top rated beach. You can ride a horse on the beach and if you like fish, you can catch it yourself very well.
