Parking available on West Domain Ave but it may fill up quickly on weekends. It says 2P parking on weekdays but we usually go on weekends. Additional ticket parking available on Park Ave ($3\/hr, $13\/day on weekdays).<\/p>\n<p>People are mentioning shade. The trees are all along the perimeter road (West Domain Ave), so if you arrive early enough, you should be able to find shade but bring your own folding chairs and tables. There are 4 shelters but those fill up quickly early in the morning. They&#8217;re wrong. The play equipment is nothing special and there isn&#8217;t enough of it to cater for the amount of kids out here. Plus, it&#8217;s all made of metal with no shade cover so in Summer the equipment is hazardously hot.
