Great listening skills and able to accommodate weary sea travelers. Had a wonderful day trip to Fitzroy Island (even though it was rough going over) just beautiful. However when i went to check in at the sunflower counter at the marina to get our boarding pass I was asked to pay 63!!! Asking for what I was then told that the tour did not include hotel transfers. We were literally staying a 4 minute walk from the marina and had I known that we were going to be charged I would have said no&#8230;. this was not made clear at the time of booking!!!
