Downstairs and upstairs too. I&#8217;ve been coming here since my first memories from 1973\/1974, when there used to be a food court where Harris Scarf is now. Well, at least, that&#8217;s what 53 year old me recalls from 3 year old me. And Market Square has been here since Geelong was colonised back in the 1830s. And the empty stores, the closed stores have been a feature of Market Square since before Covid. Is it online shopping holding the blame? Home delivery? Management are and always have been useless sitting on their arses doing nothing useful, security- nowhere to be seen.
