Very modern, cosy and has clean facilities&#8211; toilets, small kitchen with hot water &amp; fridge, meeting rooms &amp; lifts. I visited HW Library recently on a Sunday and used one of the computers. One man two seats away watched a football match and did not use earphones &#8211; typical rude white Australian behaviour. Another white man and his son were yelling across the area as if it was their home. When I complained to the librarian (&#8216;In libraries everywhere around the world, it&#8217;s quiet&#8217;), the librarian regarded me haughtily and said that she would talk to the men but that it was &#8216;a public place&#8217;. I replied, &#8216;It&#8217;s a library&#8217;. Albury-Wodonga becomes more racist every day. Hey Aussies &#8211; raise your standards, you mediocre fools. What next, are you going to allow alcohol in the library??? IT&#8217;S A LIBRARY, NOT A BAR. Congratulations, white Australians. This stunning 21st century building is equipped with everything you need. A wonderful library downstairs and Art gallery upstairs. This rivals the best public spaces I&#8217;ve seen in Sydney and Melbourne. Dare I say it is the best library in regional NSW\/VIC?
