I had a really bad experience. I was new in the city, and I bought a bicycle, because it\u2019s important to me to have one, and I said, can I give it back to you next week? Because I did not know if I was going to get a job somewhere else\u2026 I was looking for it, I got a job in Tauranga, and I came to give it back the bike, but the guy, Steve, that before said that I could give it back the bicycle, when I came back, he did not want to give a full refund, and even worse, only 30% of the value, if it was 80% it would be okay, but no!\nFor me, that\u2019s a no words place! I took my bike in for repair, the guy quickly diagnosed the issue, turns out it was a quick fix and the guy did it there and then for next to nothing! I will definitely be going back again for all of my biking needs.
