The staff took great care of her by listening and helping accordingly throughout the week. Mum often commented on the friendly staff, clean rooms and nice lobby. The location is perfect with the harbour and city at your doorstep. Very fortunate to have booked this hotel, real value for money. Clean room, good view, great location, reasonable price, good breakfast at a reasonable price. I was really happy to have the microwave, kitchen sink and cutlery, plus cups and glasses, including wine glasses. I bought the makings of one meal at the little supermarket at Salamanca and was able to enjoy it in my room at my little table looking out at the view. Delightful. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are renovated and clean. I enjoyed my stay and would come back. Rooms are very small but fine for a 3 star hotel. My biggest complaint is the internet. I often travel and have never experienced such poor quality and slow internet &#8211; if you want \u201cnormal internet\u201d you have to pay for it daily which I have also never experienced. Definitely need to upgrade to a smart TV like every other hotel has &#8211; so you can enjoy watching Netflix etc while on holiday.
