The craft beer range was very stuck to one brewing company rather than a few different beers from the southwest area. I would have given The Parade Hotel 5 stars but I ordered the \u201cchicken satay bites\u201d which were unpalatable.  The chicken was dry and tasteless, and the satay sauce tasted horrible, some kind of weird bottle sauce I suspect.  Not like any satay sauce I\u2019ve ever eaten. All meals are of high standard but I get caught on one dish. The Nachos are well presented except the flavour of the kidney bean tomato sauce tastes not much different than the rosella tomato sauce you buy from your supermarket. It is very sweet and doesn\u2019t have much body to it.
