I received 2 x email confirmations and 2 x SMS confirmations in the days leading up to the 21st. I arrived at the store (having taken care not to book work meetings around this time as it was a workday) only to be told they don&#8217;t do grooming at that store and that the system must have made an error (the store was clearly listed on my email and sms confirmations). The assistant at the store tried to call a nearby store to see if they had a booking but had no luck. Given it appeared to be a system issue I left and called the customer helpline. The customer service representative insisted I send proof (didn&#8217;t believe me, couldn&#8217;t be bothered to look in his system for the record). I sent it through and was told someone would be in touch the next day from a nearby store with a booking. I received no call so wrote back, again was told they personally called the store manager and I would receive a call\/contact that afternoon. Again no contact, so I followed up and was told to just call the store myself. Meanwhile almost a week has passed and my poor dog is no closer to having a groom she needs. Where I live it is difficult to get a groom, hence why I booked so far ahead in advance. This store and its &#8216;customer service&#8217; representatives clearly don&#8217;t care about your animals welfare or well-being, very disappointing.
