I had great and prompt service from the staff here. The waitress I had was very friendly and staff all seem to be generally quite happy.<\/p>\n<p>The food came quick from the kitchen and was faultless. The restaurant has plenty of room and is a great atmosphere for working or visiting with friends. However, my experience with the order of hot chips and calamari was beyond disappointing. To my dismay, I received onion rings instead of the calamari I had ordered. Not only were the chips hard, but the overall presentation resembled a poorly thrown-together meal with cheese not even melted properly. When I inquired about the mistake, the response I received was that I had indeed received onion rings. Upon telling that I had ordered calamari, the waitress hesitantly asked if I still wanted calamari. I reaffirmed my order, as I had paid for it, and eventually received what I had originally requested. This experience left me utterly disappointed, as I had never encountered such a low standard of food quality at this establishment before.
