My daughter lined up at the wrong end of the store and when I questioned this after 15 min wait, staff replied words to the effect of \u201c can\u2019t she read the sign\u201d, absolutely appalling, we had 10 of us who chose not to eat there. Staff need retraining and to be reminded of their manner and customer service.
