The fresh air and seating arrangements were quite impressive. We intended to try their Peri-Peri Chicken, which we had heard so much about. The food was definitely worth trying, but we did notice that the preparation time was a bit longer than we had expected. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, but we did find that if you choose to sit outside, they tend to miss some of your needs as they are mainly inside the restaurant.\nOverall, our experience at Nando\u2019s South Bank was reasonable. Although the prices were a bit high, based on our payment, we can say that there are many different dining options to try in that area. I\u2019m not sure if the store was understaffed but my friend and I came in, the food took more than 30min to come, when it came our food was cold, it was dry, the fries were old and the corn was still cold. I ordered paella but then around 13min later one staffs says they don\u2019t have it. I\u2019m alittle disappointed with the dinner. So many dirty tables while employees talk about ford falcons. However the food was fresh and hot, the chips not evenly seasoned yet did not provide substantial amount of crunch. Chicken was looked dry but juicy somehow and food took forever considering we were the only ones in the store. The verdict is Nandos is not worth the price if your willing to spend that much go to a better place.
