I asked why and was told it was due to theft of items which I understand. I then asked if I can return an item if it didn&#8217;t fit me as I am a new mother and I am breastfeeding so something that would fit me doesn&#8217;t at the moment. I was told to ask the manager which is when I met Jarvis the Manager of the salvation army in Gladstone. I asked Jarvis if I could please put the items over my clothes to see if they fit, he said no very rudely. I asked how am I meant to know if it fits me and you have no return policy? He then said &#8220;I don&#8217;t want to talk to you get out my face&#8221;. I was completely shocked and I said how can you talk to a customer like this I am just asking you a simple question. He then continued to be rude to me and said I don&#8217;t want to talk to you.<\/p>\n<p>I asked for his name and told him I am putting in a complaint which he said &#8220;do it&#8221; and showed me his badge all cocky. I left the store crying I was trying to explain to him that I am breastfeeding and I need to try things on at the moment but he didn&#8217;t want to listen to a word I was saying.
