Not sure if homophobia played a part but they were incredibly rude and disparaging, saying in earshot that they would not take anything from \u201csomeone who was dressed like that\u201d. They had a great selection of books, which were also organized by genre which is rare in op shops. There were also a variety of other good quality clothing and other items, but the books were particularly good.
