You can count the number of shops with your fingers. The food court  is always full during lunch time and on weekends. Usually visits there to go for lunch at the food court that has 5 shops you can choose from. With the new installed indoor kids playground it is a well used space for families to just sit down and relax, grab something to eat and watch the kids play safely. She is an invaluable asset to the store, always providing a warm and welcoming environment that makes customers feel safe and comfortable. I have witnessed her exceptional work over the last 8 years and can&#8217;t express enough gratitude for the kindness and attention she has shown me and other shoppers  . I asked your cashier Lee for a bag, she scanned my 3 items. I asked again. She tells me the price of my three items, I ASK IF THE BAG WAS IN THE PRICE, she seems absolutely oblivious to communication&#8230; I pay. She says all good and there&#8217;s no bag!!&#8230;. I had a decent sized list of items I needed, and one of the ladies working there took me to each individual section to pick up all that I needed (instead of giving a generic but understandable \u2018aisle 5\u2019 type response). A lot of care is obviously taken by the staff and I appreciate it. I was actually quite blown away by the great customer service here.
