I have been attending for around six months now and feel great, the instabilities in my shoulders are gone, the rest of my body is stronger \/ more stable\/flexible  and most importantly the pain is gone. The staff explain why, how, what each exercise does. Allowing you to pick up on bad\/poor habits and self correct in normal life.
