I ended up getting an appointment with a lovely young man as I will refer to as doctor Alex. Doctor Alex shows a lot of care and knowledge in what he does. I felt so comfortable with him from the start. He is someone that actually makes time to get to know you better and listens to your concerns. I asked Doctor Alex at the end of my consultation was he going to be my permanent doctor, he replied with a smile, if you want me to. I&#8217;m sure if Doctor Alex becomes my permanent doctor I will be very happy. Dr Charnock followed up my consultation with a telephone call:  a level of patient care unheard of when dealing with the vast majority of medical practices.  Making the initial appointment had been facilitated by very efficient receptionists.
