This one star is for Dr Eswaran. She&#8217;s the rudest GP I&#8217;ve ever seen. As first, she just said come in, I didn&#8217;t know who she&#8217;s talking to. There were lots of people sitting there. So I needed to confirm if she&#8217;s going to see my daughter. And when I told her my daughter had her wax cleaned last week. She has polite caring and listens. I have always found Dr Eswaran to be very helpful and diagnose expertly. She is happy to refer to specialist when required. Appointment ran longer due to repeating herself and then being slow at writing a referral for a dr that she did not need to waste time asking irrelevant questions. All the information was on file from yrs of previous consults with drs at the medical centre. It was frustrating that she doubts other drs knowledge and the records that other drs have on file. The doctor we saw said we had to wait until we see the dietician before she would give us a referral so we walk away with nothing and now I have to go back again after the dietician appointment just for the referral .
