My friend was admitted to ASH and the way she has been treated is absolutely DISGRACEFUL a stray dog gets treated better in what universe do you quantine someone and just leave them there in a windowless room with no way to call for help WHERES THE DUTY OF CARE. You shouldn&#8217;t have to ring the switchboard and ask for the ward your on to say hey I need help here And wait another 2hrs for help to arrive And when you complain it&#8217;s sorry we&#8217;re short staffed NOT MY PROBLEM. The staff all seem to genuinely care on a personal level about everyone in their care, all of the time, even when the ward is busy. The support was excellent, staff provided ongoing reassurance and advice, food and facilities were nice, and partner was able to board in the room. The outcome for my baby was completely positive.
