I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9\/11\/21, and on 9\/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I was very upset, with customer service. Therefore! I went back to the store which I spend over five grand. I was very upset, when I walked in the store. However! The manager Kervens, made sure I was taken care of. He also call me the next morning, with a date and a time for my delivery. He got me an amazing price and took his time working with me (I took a long time). Irvel was very helpful and really took his time to help me. You could tell that he was well informed about the furniture both on the floor and in the books. She answered any and all questions I had and walked with me through the showroom and explained the credit program and what I needed to qualify!! Very clean and well laid out showroom! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend to this furniture at store.
