Ms. Cole is incredibly knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy products and she has an amazing skill of finding THE perfect recliner for you. She showed us several chairs and each option was a perfect fit. Once my husband made his choice, Ms. Cole was prompt and efficient in completing the purchase and giving us details on the delivery of the recliner. She is warm, and friendly and she makes shopping at La-Z-Boy a delight! I had been to a few other places where I either received no attention or pressured into making an immediate decision. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful !
