Ran back into the store to purchase the fourth chair only to find I couldn\u2019t manage to get it to fit into my car – I tried every which way and finally had to go back into the store and ask if Julian was able to come and help, again. One of the kindest, caring & thoughtful Bunnings employee I\u2019ve had the pleasure to deal with . I\u2019ve never seen parking full even at peak times, and browsing or click and collect work great. The returns process was really simple – I had bought an item that it turns out didn’t fit (I should have measured beforehand), and was able to return it easily with no fuss. They have a wide range of products and even had a particularly niche item I needed. Great range of tools for any job you might need. The prices are unbeatable. They also do key cutting at a much more reasonable price than other dedicated stores. During busy periods, they handle multiple customer inquires on the floor. Must be very tiring, yet they manage to keep a cool head. I am not normally one to endorse a company that cleans out the competition and dictates prices, however, they are successful on many levels based on their company structure. At least they are not an overseas conglomerate, so hopefully the money is staying in the Aussie economy.
